Not the best software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, one screen able to see everything
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of analytics very basic not able to do as much social engagement

Making sure content is posted daily.
So easy to post on several social media accounts!

It's so quick and easy. Easy to post the same post on several accounts, and it's wonderful to be able to schedule posts in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could delete posts straight from Hootsuite (at least from Google+)

Quicker
Hootsuite is a helpful platform!

I like the ability to schedule tweets and Facebook posts ahead of time, makes my job a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the ability to schedule Instagram posts -- sometimes they don't get posted + you can't do multiple images.

Most time efficient method of posting on certain social media platforms!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has the data, probably better than any competitors out there. It's comprehensive for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite's UI just isn't there. It's clunky compared to competitors, and all that good data that they have is lost in their UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media analytics, Monitoring of competitors, Scheduling social media posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Establish a relationship with your rep, their customer service is invaluable, and they will try to help in any way they can
Only used for a short period, but I enjoyed it.
What do you like best about the product?
I used HootSuite to manage multiple restaurant clients and it really truly helped me. The multiple feeds all in one place were my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many social media management platforms, it's difficult to attach things to post like videos and images. I always found HootSuite slow to upload media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you're managing multiple clients social media accounts at one time it can get VERY confusing and easy to miss something. With HooteSuite, you can have all of your clients in one place and see all posts laid out in an organized manner.
Good for basic social management

The assignment features makes it very easy to use Hootsuite in a corporate setting
What do you dislike about the product?
More advanced functions, like running contests and dealing with multi language campaigns is not extremely efficient

Responding to large amount of client customer care needs via social channels

Make sure you set yourself up with a client success manager, they are very helpful.
Lots of features & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is simple and easy to use. Hootsuite has more integrations than any of their competitors so even if they don't have a feature you can usually still make what you need happen. It's also a very cost effective solution and less expensive than some of their competitors that offer similar features. Hootsuite has been in the game a long time so I trust them to make sure the program is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more options to easily schedule evergreen or recurring content. Some competitors make it easier to find new content to share right from the platform itself which is a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program is a great time saver. Social media management manually would add a lot of unnecessary admin work for me.

It's a very cost effective solution to social media management.

Some posts were published on the wrong times (not as scheduled)
