Great for Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is very user friendly! I also really like the social listening aspect.

Analytics reports are a bit harder than I'd like to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has the easy ability to manage and schedule posts for all of the dealerships I manage, on all platforms (Facebook, X, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.). I love how easy it is to use and how the auto scheduling keeps our social media on track to stay consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like advanced analytics are less impressive than other platforms I have used, but the pros outweigh the cons, which is why we still switched to Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has just made it way more streamlined for our SMM posts and makes scheduling and posting on a consistent basis easier.

The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it accessible even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite offers many great features, the pricing structure can be a bit steep for small businesses or solo entrepreneurs. Additionally, certain advanced features and in-depth analytics are locked behind higher-tier plans. Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow when loading multiple account streams at once.

Hootsuite helps streamline the management of multiple social media accounts, saving significant time and effort. By providing a centralized platform for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance, it eliminates the need to juggle various apps and tools. This efficiency allows us to maintain a consistent posting schedule, respond promptly to audience interactions, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our social media strategy — all of which contribute to stronger brand presence and improved marketing ROI.

I can plan ahead and schedule and not worry abut my vacation or days off.

Timing wise, how I have to wait 5 min at least.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and reports provided already on a dashboard. Just simply edit date range and voila!

Previously the social listening was limited to 1 week but that has been edited to 1 month so no downsides right now

What I like most about using Hootsuite is how it simplifies social media management, especially since social media is an integrated part of my job but not my primary responsibility. With Hootsuite, I can efficiently schedule posts, monitor engagement, and manage multiple accounts all from one dashboard, which saves me a lot of time and mental energy. This convenience allows me to maintain a consistent and professional online presence without getting distracted from my main job duties. The ability to plan and automate content in advance means I can focus on my core responsibilities, knowing that my social media channels are still active and engaging. Hootsuite’s analytics and monitoring tools also help me quickly assess what’s working, so I can make informed adjustments without spending hours analyzing data. Overall, Hootsuite makes it much easier to balance my social media tasks with the rest of my workload, helping me stay organized and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I dislike about using Hootsuite. The pricing is quite high, especially since the free plan was discontinued and many useful features are only available on expensive tiers. The user interface feels outdated and cluttered, which makes it overwhelming and sometimes confusing to navigate, especially when managing multiple accounts. Additionally, there’s a steep learning curve, so it takes time to become comfortable with all the features and settings.

Hootsuite solves the hassle of juggling multiple social media accounts by bringing everything into one easy dashboard. It saves me time with scheduling and automation, so I can keep my social media active without it taking over my day. The built-in analytics help me see what’s working, making it easier to improve my strategy while I focus on my main job. Overall, it keeps social media manageable and stress-free.

The scheduling and analytics functions are very helpful to use. I love that everything can be done in one place. Also loved the ease of integration.

It would be useful to have story scheduling

To be able to schedule across platforms - saves time. Also I like the AI generated hashtags - very helpful.
