Ultimate social media management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Social media automation at its finest. This tool allows users to plan and schedule social media posts for future release. This extends to all of the major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. Manage multiple accounts and several campaigns at once. Nice touch with tracking features such as review and voice tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is nice but can be very expensive. Small time freelancers can get by with the professional package which is roughly $20/per month but larger agencies will need to get the Business or enterprise packages which start at roughly $500 per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great customized reporting for clients and metrics that provide valuable insight for social media managers. Track follower engagement and increase the return on investment for your latest digital ad campaigns. This software solves the problem of how do we reach new and existing audiences better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly reccomend using Hootsuite whether you are a small time freelancer with only a few clients, or if you are a large scale digital ad agency with tons of clients and marketers. The ability to switch between accounts and manage multiple ad campaigns at once is a great feature that will boost productivity.

Hootsuite Makes Social Media Easy as One Click

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ability to link various social media platforms - and combine them into one! Whenever I needed to post the same content across more than one social media application, I simply wrote and scheduled the post to whatever time and date I preferred - and click! I would later see this content as intended on not just one social media page, but all of them. Saved quite a bit of time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite disconnects the applications, forcing you to go back in and reconnect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits I have realized is definitely time and efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to double check your content before posting. Some content doesn't fit all applications as well as you'd like.

Great way to minimize your work and maximize your reach

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are so many options for crossposting and for scheduling posts. Instead of having to go back to my computer at various times of day I can easily sit down for the chunk of time I have to work, set up everything I want to post (and where I want to post it to) over the next couple of days at once, and then not have to worry about it. I have Hootsuite post to my website, facebook page, instagram and twitter and can schedule posts for optimal times even when I'm not able to actually do the work at that time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can get a little messy and posts don't always come out the way I want them to, but overall the pros far outweigh the cons and it is ultimately an extremely useful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use my time much better as I can get everything done at once and schedule tasks for the future, which allows me to have certain posts appear at peak times without actually having to be available to post at that time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to organize your tasks and schedule a chunk of time regularly (every other day? twice a week?) to sit down and schedule your posts and content so you can use the rest of your time to focus on other things.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting on instagram is not a direct process, instead of posting directly to your feed, it saves a copy of your post and directs you to instagram with a copy of that post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing brand awareness, and analyzing success across channels. I've realized that capacity to schedule posts ahead of time, and monitor how a campaign is doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great when it comes to real-time data. Instead of waiting for reports to be compiled, we are able to view our social streams and reach in real time. We can quickly analyze the reach and interactions of our posts. Hootsuite can analyze many sources to help us handle metrics and know what streams are going to be the most productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for Hootsuite can be quite high. The costs can continue to add up when adding various extended features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to keep up with all of our social platforms in one place. We can analyze user data from each of them and get a better idea of where to push our future marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite isn't bad, but there are similar services out there that have a lower cost and won't charge you for every little extra feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to navigate and has a great customer service team if you ever have questions or clarifications. When using Hootsuite at an enterprise level, they were there with recommendations on optimizing our social presence and gave clear feedback on our program based on what they saw.
What do you dislike about the product?
You really do get a lot when you sign up for the business and enterprise level Hootsuite programs, but their price is hard to justify as the added layer over free tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite I've seen better reach and can prove increased engagement and click-through rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take full advantage of the webinars, blogs, and auxiliary support. The resources created to help you succeed using Hootsuite are helpful and specific, as well as regularly updated.

What do you like best about the product?
I love HootSuite's pricing. They offer virtually all of their functions for free or a fraction of the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the service is free, the interface is .a bit messy and does require some practicing in order to identify the important items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite allows our marketing messages to remain in sync and consistent as we are able to plan ahead and schedule these items.

Clean up the interface so users can more easily navigate the website

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the service. Scheduling and organizing posts has been extremely helpful in making sure all needed content goes out on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram does not have a scheduling feature. This makes it very difficult to be on top of this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all materials scheduled in one place is one of the greatest benefits of the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very helpful for scheduling social media posts and keeping track of what works and what doesn't. I can easily schedule posts across our social media platforms weeks in advance, and change and edit as needed. It has made social media management a breeze. Easy, and worry-free Hootsuite is very helpful, even if you are an amateur. It will up your social media game! I highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, I have had some issues scheduling video and gif posts to Instagram, but other than that I enjoy it. That said, I am getting more used to it and can anticipate these problems now. Now that I have figured out this issue it is mildly annoying but less stressful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining social media posts, keeping track of what our audience likes and dislikes. It is very easy to see what works and what does not, as well as giving the piece of mind that our social media accounts are taken care of. It is a very great product that has helped us track our posts, and make our accounts much more polished.

It is easy to use, though it does take a bit of patience when first learning how to use it.
