It is a very user friendly platform. Great benefits with a common sense feel.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Inbox 2.0. I like the Talk Walker addition. The ability to add sentiments to a conversation is helpful. It has a nice layout that is easy to pick up quickly and run with. I love that it has an app so I can easily use the platform when out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to post facebook reels but hear that it is coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding those who are not properly tagging us by using Talk Walker. Keeping our inboxes clean and organized. Scheduling content and checking up on our performance with the detailed analytics provided.
Increased social media ROI
What do you like best about the product?
In my daily job I post properties on our social media handles and handle potential buyer queries. Before Hootsuite I hired a virtual assistant to post all of the properties, but that was creating quality issues with posts. Usually she would post different captions with different properties, but Hootsuite's bulk uploader lets me manage a sheet and upload directly to Hootsuite. That's literally our business saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't have chrome extension that's -1 :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I told my virtual assistant, posting wrong details with different properties, but Hootsuite's uploader takes all correct information from the sheet which is managed by our sales team, so it saves a lot of time and we invest that time to solve potential buyer queries.

Hootsuite helps me stay consistent with my content by allowing me to schedule posts ahead of time for multiple platforms in one dashboard. The analytics feature is super helpful to track performance, and the user interface is clean and easy to understand even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which might not suit smaller businesses or freelancers. It can also take a bit of time to sync changes across all connected platforms, especially during peak hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage multiple social media accounts efficiently from one dashboard. It solves the problem of switching between platforms and manually posting content. With scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools, I can save time, stay organized, and improve engagement by posting at the right time with better-performing content.
Helpful tool for handling multiple social clients at once!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hootsuite to manage social media for a few client apps we have built. It helps us plan and post across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X without switching tools. The content calendar is simple to use and saves us time when launching updates or campaigns. Approval workflows also keep things organized when the client needs to review posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it logs out automatically and reconnecting to some social accounts takes a few tries. The mobile app also feels a bit slower than the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this we used to log into multiple social media platforms and it was messy. Now everything is in one place so our marketing and development teams are better aligned. It also makes scheduling and tracking posts easy so we can focus more on building product features instead of chasing down content deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite allows us to schedule content across multiple platforms from one dashboard. The calendar view is clean and helps with planning weeks in advance. It’s also helpful that we can respond to comments and messages directly from the platform, which saves time
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams, especially if you want access to analytics and advanced reporting. Sometimes, post previews don’t exactly match the live version on Instagram, which can be a bit frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Hootsuite is how it lets me manage multiple social media accounts from one dashboard without constantly logging in and out and as someone managing multiple social media accounts, this centralization has saved me hours each week. Another great tool is the scheduling one since it's quite easy and lets me map out campaigns across several platforms months ahead. The thorough analytics showing me what's working without using a third-party tool offers value.
What do you dislike about the product?
One frustration I’ve had is with the mobile app—it can be a bit clunky and lacks some desktop features I rely on. Also, the cost can add up quickly if you’re managing more than a handful of accounts. There are times when I’ve had to juggle between Hootsuite and cheaper tools like Buffer for smaller clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hootsuite, juggling multiple clients’ social calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter was chaotic and full of human error. Now, I’m able to plan, collaborate with my team, and even get client approvals seamlessly through one interface. It’s also helped me catch performance issues early, thanks to the reporting features and compared to using spreadsheets and native platform tools, Hootsuite has made our workflow feel polished and far more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best software I have encountered, Has options to choose from multiple social media platforms like facebook, instagram, instagram biz, twitter and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any issues with this. It shows the analytics in charts, which is more informative.

Sometimes it is difficult to get the Facebook account linked as it throws an error.

Have been using this with cross teams for posting ads and check on our new updates on data science tools.
