A basic program but very effective.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a program that I have been using for a long time, although I have not been able to acquire the paid version. The services offered in its free version have been very useful to meet the essential needs of my clients.
I attend the main social networks and I can plan the contents that I am going to publish and that feed the identity of the brands I manage. Facebook, Twiter and intagram I can handle them pleasantly, and programming the contents leaves me time to attend other projects and responsibilities.

What do you dislike about the product?
With certainty I can say that in this program it is difficult to identify flaws, since it is a quite complete tool that allows me to do quality work. What I can point out is the amount of limitations that the free version has and that as far as I have been able to read, the paid version caters for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to save a lot of time, to have all the content that is going to be positioned on the social networks of my clients, it leaves me a lot of space to carry out campaigns with a higher level of creativity and to impact our target audiences desicivamente.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not be afraid to try it, you will not waste your time. It is a great application with a huge potential, when you start using it you will find a friendly and very intuitive software.
Managing Social Platforms is Easy with Hootsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate for beginners looking to manage their social media platforms for personal and professional use. The board allows you to see various aspects of your social channels including scheduled posts, mentions, etc. It's free if you have a limited amount of social platforms you're looking to track which is great if. you have a small or nonexistent budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. Would've liked to be able to add multiple platforms for a lower price. Also, it doesn't let you make posts to Instagram when accessing from your computer, must use it from the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this for my professional organization and maintaining all our social media platforms. Good software for beginners. I'd even recommend it for personal use if you're looking to build a social media following.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Low at how many social platforms you're looking to maintain. The larger the amount the more the cost. Still very inexpensive.
Initially Confusing But Strong Social Media Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Hootsuite is the app - I find it much more user friendly than using the website, which most of the same tools available. They have both paid and free options available, making it a perfect tool for small and large businesses!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find that the user experience on the website is very intuitive. It definitely takes a learning curve and in comparison to their competitors, it's a more difficult platform to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for organic social media marketing. Scheduled posts on Twitter, Facebook & Instagram make my life so much easier!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When it comes to Hootsuite, it's a very basic social media platform. There are competitors out there who offer more robust analytics, but charge a lot more. I do think if you're just using it to schedule posts, it's a great product. I'm glad there is a mobile app!
Great way to manage all socials
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to lay out all of my accounts and platforms and have them organized into one place. It allows me to keep track of all my accounts without having to log onto each individual website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could complain about is that I wish there was more room to add more social accounts onto one screen. However, this is minor and there already are plenty of accounts to be on the screen already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the ability to monitor your analytics, changes and fluctuations to them. I also love how secure the platform is with extremely strong security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use a multitude of social platforms, then this is the convenient software for you.
Hootsuite is heaven-sent.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts saves me so much time at work. I love how I can que my posts as far ahead of time as I like. Hootsuite makes my life much easier as I sift through articles and can so easily schedule them to post on my company's social media each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were suggested media networks to follow as you begin your Hootsuite account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootusite gives me the opportunity to easily discover articles from preferred sources and then schedule posts on my media accounts as I please. It even makes it easy to post to multiple accounts at a time; I am able to schedule posts to Facebook and Twitter simultaneously all the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is worth it for anyone who regularly posts to social media for work. It makes it easy not to be overwhelmed when you have pressing media output deadlines to meet.

What do you like best about the product?
I love hootsuite its easy to use. what I like best about it is I can schedule post for all my social networks with ease. It uploads images easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram posting. I wish it just posted on Instagram like it does for all the social networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently not solving any business problems. Benefits for hootsuite, it saves company time because your not posting on every social media network.

As a social media manager, Hootsuite is extremely simple to use and allows me to manage multiple accounts at once

Difficult to schedule posts
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can schedule posts on multiple social media sites. You can have the same post scheduled to upload on various sites at the same time, which is a HUGE time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the time on posts that were already scheduled is somewhat difficult. Also it is not possible to access posts that failed to post through the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business is able to save time by scheduling what we want to share on our social media. Rather than taking out time every day to make a post, we just spend a few hours in the beginning of the week making posts. Then we can relax knowing that we have content which will be uploaded every day automatically.
HootSuite- cheap and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like HootSuite for its functionality at a low cost. For my needs, it has plenty of features.

I do have to pull my own social media analytics reports. I wish HootSuite had this capability.

Social media scheduling for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn for about 10 social accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HootSuite is one of the simplest social media scheduling platforms. Which is great, but there are items it doesn't have that other more expensive programs have. But, it has great functionality for the price point.
Great tool for social media monitoring and scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
We started using HootSuite a few months ago, along with Talk Walker, and they've both been an improvement to what we were using before. We have two people creating posts for Facebook and Twitter in HootSuite, and it's easy to go see what's been scheduled for the day/week for all of our social accounts. I also like that you can assign tasks to specific people, such as responding to specific @ mentions or creative approvals for new posts etc. Talk Walker is pretty expensive, but if you want to see what people are saying about your brand/company online and what kind of exposure it's getting, it's definitely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive and I'm pretty sure there are cheaper alternatives out there. But if I remember correctly, we would have had to use several different services to get all the things we use HootSuite for, so we bit the bullet.

Social media scheduling and brand monitoring are the main ones.
