Super easy tool for social media!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite is extremely user friendly. I have no problem navigating the site and it makes it extremely easy to schedule posts for all social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to post directly from the site without having to do it yourself. I would also like if they offered a previous of what your post would look a=on your feed before posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on track with all of my social media platforms. At my previous job, we had several clients under our umbrella to keep up with and Hootsuite made it easy to manage it all. It allowed us to schedule posts in advance at times that are likely to get the most engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to explore all options on Hootsuite. The design of the site makes it extremely easy to figure everything out with little experience.
IG POSTING
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and I love being able to use the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
BUUUUUTTTT still no IG posting available. This would be my only hangup, but the analytics and user interface is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple social media platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once they are able to add that piece of IG I think they will set themselves apart from other programs. Especially avoiding the price battle that comes with a saturated media market.

Sometimes can be confusing to navigate simply.

Always Improving
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and I like having all my SoMe accounts in one place. And they don't stay stagnant. They are always adding a new feature, or improving upon an existing one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though they are always looking to update and improve, it takes them awhile to catch up on the trends, and it's usually baby steps. For instance, they finally allow you to schedule Instagram, but then you still had to physically post in through Instagram. Then they got it where you could auto-post, but only with single photos (not videos or carousel images). So when a new SoMe feature comes out, give it some time before Hootsuite adapts. They will eventually, sometimes just not as fast as you wan them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 5 Facebook pages that often need to post the same thing (ie. A general blog post) so it saves me so much time to schedule them all at once. And with the improvements to the integration with Instagram, it makes it so much easier to manage Insta with all our other platforms instead of it being it's own entire project. It saves our company so much time, and allows us to spread out content ahead of time instead of scrambling for content at the last minute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A product like Hootsuite that allows you to plan, schedule, implement, and analyze SoMe accounts is a must. I have no experience with any of the others, but I'd recommend you pick your top 3/5 attributes you really want from a program like this and then doing free trials at them all to see what works best.

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the scheduling and native analytics function for organic social posts, great to schedule and forget it every week, and also to measure performance (I like being able to see performance across multiple timelines)
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics system sometimes goes completely blank, and there's no way to get your data back. My experience with customer service in these circumstances hasn't been very ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organic social posting, measuring and reporting on engagement

Great for organic posting, there isn't really a viable competitor for organic yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the hootsuite dashboard is, super clean and easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the slight lack of customization available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problems of making sure all social media channels are seamlessly integrated together. I have realized enhanced interaction and gained followers across all platforms at a quicker rate while using Hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool that is very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product to any company. Even the free version is very useful and helpful to completing and analytical goals on all of your social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can post all of the pictures that I need to fast and that the interface is easy to use. Also the other part I really like is the fact that I don't have to login to separate accounts to see stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
O do not like the fact that I can not access Instagram through Hootsuite because of the permissions and that it won't post on Instagram if I want to post more than one photo, same on twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The toughest part of Hootsuite is the fact that I can only post on Facebook. The company could also do a with an update to their customer service aspects as well.

-The easy of scheduling post without any problem.
-I can have topic and post generators added on to my account to help me search for content that is already out there.
-Quality complete set of social media tools, with good technical support.

There is nothing that I dislike about this software, is amazing and I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this software to manage all the social networks of the Market, Hootsuite help me to schedule all my Facebook, Instagram and Twitter posts months. And also makes me being meticulous in the management of our social media accounts, the ability to schedule, manage and oversee the social media all from one screen is amazing. The feature of post approval is very intuitive because gives to you a second opinion so you can know if the posts is convenient or not before the post is submitted. And the analytics features are an asset to be able to monitor the interactions and angagement with our posts.

I recommend Hootsuite with my eyes closed, is the best social media manager that you're going to have!
