What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't not like the new planner display that shows what you have scheduled for each account. I personally do not think it is user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Hootsuite allows you to work more effectively and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to hold all social platforms in one area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate well with Facebook due to Facebooks algorithm for organic reach on posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass postings and scheduling all at one time.

Hootsuite is the only thing to use for your tweeting needs

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best about Hootsuite is that it is simple to use and allows me to easily set what time I want my tweets to be sent out and there are a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it seemed a little clunky but after you navigate around a bit it is simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized now I never miss a tweet deadline because I am using the features to time tweets to be used in the future. This has really helped me maintain my schedule and allow me to do other things I will need to do on twitter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is the easiest way to help you organize an abundance of tweets and make your life way easier than you can ever imagine

What do you like best about the product?
For someone just starting on business marketing Hootsuite made it very easy to manage and gain information from all my social media sites. Hootsuite was one of the most recognized social media platforms out there and with all the great reviews I found online I decided to give it a try, and it worked great! I would definitely recommend to anyone to give it a try, for the price you can not beat it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it starts off as very affordable, the add-ons start to get a little pricey. Hootsuite was great at first and did everything I needed it to, but as I became more advanced and wanted more features the price just rose up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 30 day trial was great! Even if you are just thinking about trying Hootsuite, give the 30 day trail a go around! Set-up is extremely easy and the customer service is great! If I ever needed anything they were just and email or phone call away.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketeer, I was lucky enough to try a few different social media management platforms. Personally, Hootsuite has always been one of my favorites.
The platform is quite easy to use, and setup. The interface is quite intuitive and on boarding new members normally takes us a few minutes.
We easily managed multiple accounts and switched between them in single clicks. The mini profile icons helped our team differentiate between our different clients, so we had a smaller number of mistakes.
But that's not all!
Team collaboration is superb once you establish a professional account. Content review and approvals that is easy to set up. You can review comments and replies and assign them to other users, and even leaves comments and notes for them. You can review other users performance and get full reports on their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is weak compared to other tools. And while I enjoy their pre-designed scheduled reports, I normally end up creating my own reports using other analytics tools that are more robust and provide more in-depth insights.
While i enjoy setting up multiple topic columns to monitor, extracting the data is impossible and you will always need a listening tool to create monitoring and listening reports.
I was on an older pricing plan for awhile now, but when I checked recently, they seem to have increased their pricing and are now quite pricey compared to some of the competing platforms, however, I still have a soft spot for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content collaboration and approval processes are easy to set up
You can see your content plan in calendar style which makes it quite easy to see the full picture
Being able to assign tasks and enquiries to other users makes the tool perfect for teams and team collaboration.
As a manager, I am always pleased to see a report that shows me my team performance
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a strong community management and monitoring (not reports, but simply viewing streams) solution. Then Hootsuite is perfect for you

What do you like best about the product?
I really like this platform for scheduling out social media posts in advance. I like the different views that are available (weekly, monthly, etc) and how I can see the different social media accounts we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much... I think there could be some different ways to upload... for example I have UTM links I have to use for facebook, twitter, etc - but I have to do a new post for each because I cant have the same UTM link on each post. SO I have to post, close out, and start a new post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits to using hootsuite is that it takes away a lot of the manual labor

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the freedom to not need to be active on social media ever day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the photos will not upload and it ends up being more of a hassle since the requirements to upload are so tricky to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convenience and a hands off approach/ save ttime and energy
