What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule tweets in advance and tag (@) Twitter accounts too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I've had trouble connecting my Instagram account for some reason so I haven't been able to schedule Instagram posts, and that there are no emojis available for scheduled tweets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I don't want to have to focus on posting on social media 5 days a week, it's great to be able to schedule posts and not have to think about social media the rest of the week at work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Hootsuite to those users focusing on Twitter and wanting to schedule posts in advance. It has been very helpful in taking the day to day burden of posting on social media away.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use Hootsuite with various social media platforms. I use Hootsuite for Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Instagram. One tool for all my platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It limits me to a certain number of profiles. I do work for multiple clients and I am unable to have all my clients under one account. Also, interfacing with Instagram could use some work, basically it just reminds me that I have a post scheduled rather than actually posting it for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple clients that I conduct social media accounts for and without Hootsuite, it would be almost impossible to manage all the accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can manage many accounts at once, including multiple on the same platform. It's a pain to log in and out all the time. The analytics features are very helpful, and scheduling posts is key to my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram is a pain on Hootsuite. I wish we could schedule posts with multiple photos or stories, it's something I do a lot that isn't made easier by the account.

Social Media account management is made easier, analytics are clear and helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite pays attention to the changing Social Media climate, adding small details like a link shortener and the ability to save content for reuse at a later time. These seemingly small functionalities are timesavers and make a difference in the user experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get posting errors due to my link preview failing to upload. This is annoying at worst but Hootsuite is definitely making improvements in the interface department! Hopefully, they will iron out this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helps with time efficiency by allowing me to post content weeks in advance instead of having to manually post on social media platforms. This is a true MUST HAVE product for anyone who uses social media for business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get Hootsuite if you want to simplify your marketing and advertising process tremendously!

What do you like best about the product?
It is certainly a powerful tool providing numerous streams to follow by hashtag or followers across multiple social networks. Scheduling and posting directly to Instagram is a huge plus in avoiding juggling content from the desktop to the phone. I tend to use it more for Twitter than other networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it can be more time-consuming and tedious, I prefer posting/scheduling directly in the native social media accounts as they tend to have much more robust options while posting. For example, the numerous add-ons to a post in Facebook. I also find it frustrating that only after a cross channel post is clicked to send or schedule, does a warning appear if the features are duplicatable across networks. Being unable to post multiple photos to Instagram or Facebook is also detrimental to work flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in bulk social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts ahead of time, even months in advance. I also like being able to see the basic analytics for all of our social accounts. I also like that I can have multiple accounts set up with Hootsuite, and that I can track hashtags being used to compare our posts to others in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publisher function can sometimes be frustrating, and I don't like that you can no longer directly publish posts to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite certainly helps me manage my company's social media accounts, and we have seen an increase in our account following as a result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a good basic software for scheduling, managing, and tracking your social accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I have the free version of this software, so I can only post to three different social media networks. This works for me, however, as that's all I really need to post to for my job. It allows me to post in advance and keep up to date with social media postings from one consolidated site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike-- it is user friendly and makes my life easier at work. I do have the free version, however, so if I ever wanted to post to more than three places at a time, I would not be able to. Besides that, it does everything I need it to do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of posting regularly without having to take time out to post to three individual places is wonderful-- it saves time, energy and hassle. Also, being able to schedule posts ahead of time is something I never knew I needed, but now I use it all the time. If I know I'm going to be extra busy or out of the office, I can schedule my posts to go out when I want them to. It's like having a little personal assistant to just click that "send" button for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to post to more than three social networks, consider upgrading to premium. I used the trial for a week and it made life easier when I needed to post to more places.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you could do all of your social media in one site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little complicated to use. There were scheduling errors, even though everything was set up properly. It needs a more user-friendly format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spent less time having to post on social media. I am no longer using Hootsuite because I am no longer with either company. However, I would also recommend it for home-based businesses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A home-based business and all honesty really needs to look into this. If I was still with other company, I would still be using It.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of Hootsuite is undoubtedly the most positive aspect of this tool, with it you can manage any type of social network. Customized tabs for any conversation allow for a much more personalized interaction with the client. Being able to schedule your posts gives you the possibility to save a lot of time at work and ensures you don't forget to post daily. The search potential of this application is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app causes many problems, sometimes it is very frustrating to work with the app if you are not at your workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool or application gave me the ability to manage my social networks effectively and allowed me to manage my time better in my job position.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not sure and just want to know what Hootsuite offers you, you can try it without needing to enter any credit card for that. I encourage you to try it, that's what I did and from that moment I didn't stop using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage multiple social media accounts for multiple company divisions. The way that hootsuite is set up it in the dashboard makes it easy to stay organized. Being able to schedule posts is key as well as it allows you to create your post and then move on to other tasks. I also think that a very nice plugin that they offer is the hootlet plugin. This allows me to post articles that I find while online, that relate to and will benefit our customers, directly to hootsuite without having to save the article, log in to hootsuite, and then post. It really is streamlined and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike after using it for more than two years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in front of customers via social media. We have to remind our customers that we are relevant and up to date with the current marketing outlets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that if you are considering Hootsuite sign up and give it a try. There are plenty of tools that allow you to understand how to maximize your use of the product as well as obtaining a certification in Hootsuite.
