I value the functionality and the way it makes everything easier.

I dislike that there is a strong learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule content for days to come, in more than one social platform at once, is definitely a great benefit. After doing a research, I have found that Hootsuite is one of the few social media management tools that gathers all the main Social Media platforms into one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the professional plan, and despite the fact that I am a paying customer, I find the analytics provided to be missing more information, and the fact that I would have to pay even more to be able to simply download the analytics data is something that I find unfair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one-in-all very useful tool to be able to manage all social media accounts that I have to manage for 2 companies at the same time. Definitely helps to be able to do it all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good platform to manage any social media profiles into one place. Has some issues but I think they will be working with them along the way. If the main focus is to have a good analytics tool, this wouldn´t be my first choice.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use interface. I enjoyed being able to schedule out my entire week's social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The preview of your posts was a little lame and an inability to post videos on Instagram wasn't my favorite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have sold more T-Shirts at my church since starting to schedule out regular posts with Hootsuite. Its freed up more of my time to do other things for social media and marketing.
Hootsuite is great for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
The education feature in the tools tab in the toolbar. The graphical user interface is visually appealing. I can see multiple channels on one screen. Reporting is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't really like was that it took me a while to get the hang of it. When I first signed up it didn't give me the quick tour that can be so helpful to both first timers and experienced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems solved with Hootsuite was management of multiple social media channels for several businesses? What benefits have you realized was as I got new channels and took on new projects I didn't have to have seperate accounts, I could just upgrade.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great if social media managers have to monitor multiple channels, accounts and or businesses.

The many social media sites that are able to be inter grated with Hootsuite.

the prices weren't realistic.. for instance the yearly should be broken down into payments opposed to one large sum.

I realized managing social media sites is much easier with automation and an easy to use tool such as hootsuite.
I handle all my social networks in a very complete way
What do you like best about the product?
This software is one of the most complete that I have used. Thanks to him I can manage the social network accounts created in my office. This I make it very easy since Hootsuite allows concentrating all my social network accounts in a central panel, making it easier to monitor them.
I can also schedule messages related to the requirements necessary to process medical aids for the people who need them, I can place the time I want to make this publication.

What do you dislike about the product?
A software that has everything what it looked for since it provides much facility to handle the social networks, at the same time an easy monitoring of the accounts. Undoubtedly, it is a very versatile software and I do not have any negative comments about the features that it offers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A very versatile software that has made us better workers, since we can give full monitoring to our social networks, which is the source of many of the comments, suggestions and questions that are presented to patients with health conditions. A wonderful software

Social networks are a valuable tool for the development of a company, offers important features such as scalability, advertising and marketing, expansion of a brand or a company and diversification of offers thanks to the evaluation or suggestions made by social networks the users. For these reasons I recommend the use of this software as it is specialized for each of the features mentioned above. No doubt your company will grow rapidly thanks to the use of Hootsuite
Effective Social Media Scheduling Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that hootsuite is super easy to manage several social media platforms at the same time. With the free version, you are limited to the number of platforms and number of scheduled posts, but you can still do up to 30 scheduled at one time! It makes planning and posting to various social media platforms super easy! You can upload your media, use hashtags, tag other people or businesses, and review your feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It stinks that for the free version you are limited, but it is definitely better than nothing. I really don't have any complaints I like pretty much everything about hootsuite so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding our brand across social media. Hootsuite helps us stay in the loop, even after regular business hours! Plus, it allows us to interact with customers in a different way than face to face.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In order to use hootsuite across several social media platforms, you need to pay for the business account and it is a bit pricey. It's not terrible though.

I like the fact that I can just plan my posts, schedule them and they are posted in autopilot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't post automatically to Instagram.

Great For Advanced Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I have a few organic Instagram clients that I need to post videos/static images to aprox. 4 times a week and Hootsuite is perfect for that. We also use it for scheduling organic Twitter posts for our clients. Being able to schedule a months worth of Instagram and Twitter posts has been helpful and Hootsuite sends a notification to your phone for the Instagram posts and that is extremely helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Hootsuite isn't working properly and I needed to manually publish the Instagram posts by emailing myself the details of the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been helpful by allowing us to not worry about posts going out as needed and monitoring each social channel.
Easy to Schedule Social Media Posts
What do you like best about the product?
This app makes it easy to schedule posts for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be very particular about certain formats of photos you can upload to the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s hard to post at the right time everyday, so Hootsuite is allows me to plan out my post schedule ahead of time.-
