Simplifies My Social
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a simple management program to manage multiple social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I don't like about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hoosuite I can easily manage 10+ clients from a single dashboard. In addition, Hootsuite provides analytics and information that can improve a business' overall intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite lets me see everything that's happening in real time on all my accounts and all its features save me so much time each day for planning content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the report section that could use a little improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too much accounts to do everything manually for each of them and Hootsuite comes to the rescue !
Makes managing social media so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Pre-scheduling Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. I love that I can schedule out my posts in advance and not have to worry when unexpected meetings get in the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've changed my tab versus stream structure a few times. Sometimes my needs change but other times I want more than 10 streams on one tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how reliable posting with Hootsuite is. I can set and forget. It's especially useful for timing Tweets and posts to that are synchronized with conferences and events.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will make your social media management easier. Both easier to execute AND easier to manager and analyze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows me to post to multiple accounts right from the dashboard. I also like the geo search functionality. The Instagram posting is great too!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything that I don't like of Hootsuite because they help me to improve my productivity on social media management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for managing my own social media accounts as wel as the accounts of my clients too. The posibility of programming the posts is great so I can focus on monitoring the mentions from our followers and our competitors.

Hootsuite solves a lot of problems, you can manage almost everything from one dashboard.

Easy to post to multiple accounts. IT allows you to post the same post multiple times to different accounts and schedule for different times of the day including weekends

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is a free version! I can schedule 30 messages at a time which is awesome because sometimes I don’t have time to put things up on social media, where Hootsuite allows me to take the time I do have have when I have it and schedule things in advance when I know things will get busy! It also allows me to straight “post now” if I need to to multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that each platform counts as a 1/30 messages scheduled. I usually send the same message to multiple platforms and it docks me the amount of platforms each time off the 30. So essentially I only get 10 scheduled messages at a time for the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management! I no longer have to stress about getting something up on social when I’m not at work! I’ve already scheduled it in advance!

Don’t be cheap. Just upgrade!

Hootsuite is easy and fun to use! It makes life less stressful when dealing with so many different accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches out and disconnects social accounts so you have to go in and do the entire process of reconnecting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making things easier and smoother.

It’s simple but if something isn’t working it takes so long trying to work with the team to fix it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts ahead of time, so that I can schedule out for months in advance. It saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it is difficult to replicate posts on the calendar. They make you go through and edit every single box again. The presets for date and time are not great either.
