What do you like best about the product?
It makes my job much easier for the monitoring and analytics of my clients' social media accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not schedule videos in Instagram, for now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule publications on all social networks, scope analytics, and brand crisis management monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see all my feeds in one place, quickly scanning mentions and relevant content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tweets that have been scheduled have not shown up on the main stream, but only in the media tab of Twitter. They were not accessible to my main feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to schedule my post ahead of time so that I can enjoy my vacation without worrying about posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often becomes unsynced with various accounts. I get an accounts disconnected email every time I log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting ahead of time is super easy and convenient, and I'm also able to post from various accounts on one app on my smartphone.
Best social media manager.
What do you like best about the product?
This software is perfect for share and manage my Social Media Plan within my team. I can program publications on Facebook, or posts content on Instagram from the same platform, without having to enter account by account and we can make a calendar of publications as well. I specially love scheduler that enables me and my team to always quick but complete overview on ongoing posting activities. Analytics dashboards are really great supporters of our daily work, as well we manage to build up a strong reporting structure with all of the data provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more intuitive simplification would be good for Hootsuite, that's the only inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get some data, creating reports on Instagram or Facebook without having to enter by the accounts individually, and without having to pay anything extra. Which allow us to know the engagement of our brand, so we can improve the content for users and see what publications are giving better results. Hootsuite allows us to create reports and centralize the tasks of web analytics. Also, increase in mass of content for it's subsequent programming, this facilitates us in rendering time and making work easier.

I truly recommend Hootsuite if you want to simplify manage the social media networks and improve your communications to your customers by social media.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling content on different social networks, understandable analytics, tracking of posts, interaction with the public to offer excellent social media attention, and the ease of performing social listening in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing, it is a platform that meets all the demands of the work I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The support offered to the customer in real-time providing quality and speed, in addition to having the ease of being able to clarify doubts regarding brands in the shortest possible time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this platform to both new users and social media professionals for carrying out their daily social media management tasks because it is very easy to use. Additionally, it always offers webinars to help improve strategies and clear up user doubts, as well as providing free courses and guides.
Simple to use but could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy to learn. I like the ability to set up "streams" to help with social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to write separate captions for the same post for different social platforms so that it's easier to tailor a post to each site. I know this is more on Instagram's side and they would need to open up their API, but I would love to eventually have the ability to create and schedule Instagram stories within Hootsuite. I would also like to have social planning integrated along with social scheduling, I currently go between using Google spreadsheets and Airtable to do the majority of my planning.

Being able to schedule posts ahead of time.

Easy to learn, but can be buggy sometimes.

Convenient interface, easy set up, free online training, webinars and suggestions to improve.

Too easy to loose a tab that you added, once you click x button its gone

Managing and monitoring social media platforms, easy to schedule posts, easy to follow up with error, access to full analysis and performance of the platforms.

Please improve the edit post function, often times I had to go to the post trough web browser to apply changes. The function to Tailor same post for different social media platforms.
Single Window Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers a single window view of all your social media channels. The dashboard gives you a view of all thats happening on your social media handles. The Post scheduling features allows you to schedule your posts for maximum impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social Media analytics are very basic and limited to that point in time no comparison is possible so decision making is diifcult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite is part of our Martech Stack for content Marketing. It offers us a command centre like console to manage all our social media in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The analytics offered by Hootsuite is not that great you might want to purchase the add-on modules that offer better analytics and research like Trendspotter Pro
Hootsuite Makes Social Media Management More Manageable.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage ALL of my social media pages on one platform. I also love that I can pull in mentions and certain keywords on Twitter to monitor the conversations about my brand regardless if the customer has tagged us or not. It makes interacting with my customers a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike with the latest Facebook and Twitter updates that Hootsuite has been forced to make changes. The Hootsuite platform can no longer pull in Twitter direct messages, which is a huge bummer for me. Other than that, scheduling, managing and monitoring my content is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage all of my business pages, from 26 Facebook pages, to 7 Twitter pages - Hootsuite makes it easy to monitor and schedule all content in one place. It makes my life SO much easier. Also, my team and I can stay on the same page as far as scheduling and managing content.

Hootsuite will make your life so much easier!
A great program for a average marketer
What do you like best about the product?
For anybody who is just starting out on their marketing teams, this is the program to use and to utilize everywhere. Hoot idiots makes it easy and seamless to learn how to create campaigns from nothing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the simplicity a lot of the time. It doesn’t allow me to utilize more complex structures that I normally like to take into account. I wish this could change however this is not always the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beginning out I have no idea how to set up an editorial calendar. Now I do.
