Easy Content Planning and Scheduling with Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Hootsuite makes it to plan and schedule content across multiple platforms. The dashboard is intuitive, and it keeps everything organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes adjusting the the size of the creatives accompaying a post is not as seamless as I would like it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps centralize all our social channels, which eliminates the chaos of switching between platforms. It streamlines our workflow and makes planning, scheduling, and monitoring content much more efficient.
A lot of cool templates to choose from
What do you like best about the product?
I like hootsuite to be honest, I dont have to struggle for templates to create posts, This gives me a lot of options to choose from, It has multiple options to choose from the list of social media which includes pintrest and whatsapp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly did not find any issue with this platform apart from reconnection issue with social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the listening tools and analytics is just great and looks professional

I find the pricing and trial version of Hootsuite could be improved. It should offer more packaged and affordable options to cater better to different users' needs and budgets.

I find the pricing for advanced features in Hootsuite to be high. It would be better if there were more affordable pricing options and different packages available, along with trial versions to try out the features before committing to a purchase.

I have been partially using this alongside another team for posting my ads and I did not find any difficulties so far

Well. made tool in the ability to connect multiple social media platforms in one. Its listening tab has multiple features that shows results of topic searches we perform

sometimes my twitter account gets disconnected from the app.

Great tool to have a built in AI to assist in creating ads and campaigns. The analytics tab shows the progress of the ads posted

I find Hootsuite phenomenal for creating ads, especially with its pre-built templates, which greatly enhance my workflow. It effectively solves my major problem of managing multiple social media platforms by consolidating them into a single, accessible space for publishing ads efficiently. I particularly value the Owly Ai tool within Hootsuite, as it significantly aids in framing sentences, providing templates, and offering good formatting options. The initial setup of Hootsuite was easy, which was very convenient for my team. I am highly likely to recommend Hootsuite to a friend or colleague, as indicated by my rating of 9 out of 10.

I find your centralized scheduling calendar very useful, as it makes it easy for me to manage multiple social media accounts quickly and in an organized manner.

Effortless Multi-Account Management and Smart Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that as an agency we can manage multiple client accounts in one platform. The scheduling tool is great and I love how it auto recommends times to post based on previous posting times and metrics. Its reporting system is also great and very visual. We often use hootsuite dashboards to share with clients rather than creating an additional report which saves us time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is very high and once you start adding more clients this cost has to be factored into what you charge clients back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of managing multiple clients accounts across lots of different platforms by having everything in one simple platform.
