Love Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes life so convenient when it comes to social media management and tracking all our social media channels. It is so easy to make sure that my post are being made and so easy to implement my week of social media. Just set it and forget it for the week. I love all the features and integration with our different social media channels. Adding the AI features have been a blessing when it comes to create new and engaging posts. The customer service is very helpful when we were having connection issues. I use Hootsuite daily for my job and it makes planning and regulating everything so much and gives me new ideas for the weeks with the national and international holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there really is a downside. It helps me do my job easier and makes it less stressful when I am managing things for work. I think the only change I would make is so that we can post Facebook Reels from Hootsuite especially since you can post reels on Instagram from here but can't with Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it so that I can set my whole weeks worth of social media and not have to stress about it when I have a million other things I have to get done throughout the week.
Streamlines Things
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was the provided platform when I started my job but I now use it for my consulting as well. It's very straightforward and I love that the planner looks like a calendar - it makes posting for brands so seamless and almost thoughtless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to rearrange the photos once I have multiple added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite delivers me analytics that I would have to pay to get from individual social media sites. It generates useful reports that I would not be able to access otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for organizing and managing social media accounts. Once the accounts are hooked up, we can just select which post will go where and schedule it out! Posts go out daily and rarely had we ever had issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could schedule for Bluesky. Also, since, I'm posting links with preview images for a small non-profit news organization it would be great if the preview image could update from the source before posting to platforms. I think since the page isn't public on our website yet, the preview image doesn't appear even after the page goes live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they so far seem good for organizations like mine that are small.
Not Perfect, Yet Quite Handy — How Hootsuite Helps Me Stay Ahead.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest contribution that Hootsuite gives me is total control over using social media in one neat package. It saves me tons of time because I can schedule posts weeks in advance, then measure performance without jumping through 20 different hoops. Approval flows are very handy when working with others across teams, especially when it's crunch time. Reporting dashboards are dead simple to use, and creating a new summary that serves my purpose exactly made my strategic reviews quicker and wiser.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view drives me a little nuts. I see only platform icons in the month view, instead of real content, making it pretty difficult to visua lize posts to come. Also, post edits vanish sometimes—no real undo. Last but not least, the mobile experience needs a serious upgrade. It's clunky and not ideal when most posting takes place while on the move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is providing the required integration without having to use multiple, disparate tools. I can plan, schedule, monitor, and report across channels in the same interface, saving me oodles of time. It makes doing content approval, monitoring trends, or even checking up on influencer stuff so much easier when you're juggling many teams and many accounts. While more modern interfaces and deeper analytics are offered by alternatives such as Brandwatch, I just find Hootsuite's feature/usability balance puts it firmly in my daily toolkit.
Like it, but don't love it
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful schedule posts, although I can't seem to get all my accounts to link. Tiktok keeps dropping.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounts that drop out constantly are the issue.

It's helping me scedule and not be working over the weekends.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics are very helpful and the scheduling is straight forward and easy.

That you have to schedule a video 15 minutes in advance to social media vs 5 minutes.

Scheduling in advance as well as reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being not having to worry about making posts at certain time. The ability to share content across all channels at the same time is very helpful. The AI suggestion piece is also very helpful when I struggle with creative block. Another resource that is helpful is the seminars offered. These seminars are helpful in not only understanding the platform but also understanding trends and more ways to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Hootsuite is when it disconnected the ability to schedule a post on a Facebook group. Now I was to manually schedule those and it's not all in one spot. Other than that, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of posting. I can schedule my evergreen content two years from now and never have to worry about forgetting to post it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Hootsuite interface is easy to use and very intuitive, which simplifies content management and learning for new team members. The platform is constantly updated, adapting to new social networks and features, which is crucial for my work as a social media coordinator. I also value that Hootsuite allows me to have a complete and centralized analysis of the metrics of all the organization's social networks, facilitating access and consultation whenever I need it. Additionally, I appreciate that Hootsuite offers the possibility to schedule posts on multiple social networks at the same time, saving me time and effort. The learning curve is very short, especially thanks to the availability of online tutorials and the intuitive nature of the platform, which allows me to easily teach its use to other team members, even temporary ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some Hootsuite features are exclusive to paid subscriptions. Although we have the paid subscription as part of the communication department's budget, this represents a limitation for other people or organizations that cannot access all the functionalities. This restriction can be a limitation for those who are just beginning to explore the tool.

I use Hootsuite to schedule content on multiple social networks, saving time. The analytics tool centralizes performance metrics and followers, making tracking and analysis easier in one place.
I've been using for years & It continues to exceed my expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy process it is to schedule content for my clients, and then allowing them to log in and make any changes - live - before a post ever goes live. Implementation is easy for all and integrations are a breeze. It's a great software that I have been using and recommending for many years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no complaints. Hootsuite has continued to exceed my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling with the ease and accesibility for my clients to go in and 'check' what's going on and also can see the month aheads content.
