What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to schedule my weekly social media posts for Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not think of anything negative to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a time saver. I can post to all my social media platforms in one sitting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how convenient it is to schedule content ahead of time, to save future potential scrambles! This is something we use daily at our company and it has been super user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I find difficult sometimes is customer services in certain situations, where it can be a bit hard to get a hold of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been helping with our social media engagement, and allowing it to be easy to plan content over the course of a few months.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so organised and has various features to use which I enjoy. Easy and straightforward to use. Love the OwlyGPT as it helps me gain insight and think for content. The scheduler really keeps me stay on top. It's been a big help as a social media manager, especially the suggested times! I've used it so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was a function to choose music on here before posting it for Instagram reels/TikTok, I'd much prefer it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers a place for me to schedule and plan my content in advance, as well as ask OwlyGPT for insights and tips and do social listening on trending topics. As a social media manager and marketing assistant, I am learning lots and able to utilise Hootsuite to the max. Plus, as a visual learner, really great to see the content calendar in place.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hootsuite is how easy it is to schedule posts across multiple platforms at once. I love being able to plan content in advance, especially for weekends or times I’m offline. The dashboard is really clean and user-friendly, and the performance insights help me figure out the best times to post. It keeps everything organised and saves me a lot of time during the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the analytics feel a bit limited, especially if you want deeper insights or more customised reporting. It would also be great to have more AI-driven content suggestions or posting ideas built in. Nothing major, but there’s room to make the platform even more powerful for strategy, not just scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me stay consistent with social media posting across multiple platforms without having to do everything manually. It solves the problem of time management - especially during busy periods or weekends—by letting me schedule posts in advance. It also gives me visibility into how our content is performing, so I can make smarter decisions about when and what to post. Overall, it’s helping us grow our online presence more efficiently and with less stress.

What do you like best about the product?
For a small/single operator team, Hootsuite has all the tools you need, contained within a clear and user friendly UI. The aggregation of the various disparate analytics into one customisable dashboard is also very useful. From a straight function, I've never had a problem with posts going out, and when there has been issues with accounts disconnecting, the tool has told me straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multi-user and inbox experience isn't great, with a confusing team system and it's hard to tell who has access to what. The constant pushing of AI tools at every stage of the user process at the moment is also incredibly tiresome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Containing all social media activity across multiple brands in one place, and making analytics simpler.

The mobile app version doesn't always work and will crash unexpectedly

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has completely transformed the way I manage social media. Before using it, juggling multiple platforms felt overwhelming and time-consuming. Now, everything is in one place—scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking analytics is seamless.

The ability to plan content weeks in advance saves me hours every week. I especially love the calendar view—it’s so easy to see my entire posting schedule at a glance. The built-in analytics help me understand what’s working, so I can adjust my strategy quickly.

Another big plus? Team collaboration! Assigning tasks, approving posts, and sharing content ideas with my team is smooth and organized, without endless email threads.

If you want to work smarter, not harder, Hootsuite is a game-changer. It takes the stress out of social media and gives you back valuable time to focus on creative strategy.

I have not yet found and downsides to Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in a D2C ecommerce performance marketing agency. Imagine more than 10 brands and dozens of posts - logging into each profile and posting is so scary, but with Hootsuite it's made so easy and convenient to post and manage all profiles from one space. I just love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a little bit of a learning curve initially, otherwise no complaints till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly we provide performance marketing like ad management and landing page design in our agency. But after adding organic social media management along with performance marketing, our customer's ROI increased because organic reach also contributes to sales and reduces overall CPC. As a result, our customer base also increased and the retention rate of our clients and engagement time also increased, so I'm totally satisfied with it.
