What do you like best about the product?
I like the efficiency of scheduling posts to all four of our platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that editing posts is complicated by the fact that you have to do each platform individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in simultaniously posting to multiple platforms - saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience. Everything is laid out in a simple and convenient format, down to the color choices on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting accounts can be a bit of a challenge. I think the notification of errors could also be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes managing multiple social media channels incredibly easy. The ability to have all your platforms in one place is a game-changer—it’s user-friendly, intuitive, and saves a ton of time. Implementation was quick and smooth; connecting accounts and setting up the dashboard took just minutes. We use it daily, and it’s become an essential part of our workflow.

Customer support has been solid—responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. The platform offers a wide range of features like scheduling, analytics, team collaboration, and content planning, all of which are easy to navigate. Integration with major social platforms and tools like Canva and Google Drive is seamless and boosts overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Also, the mobile app isn’t as polished as the desktop version, especially when trying to edit scheduled posts or dive into analytics. Overall, though, Hootsuite is a powerful tool that brings real value to social media management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us manage all our social media accounts in one place, saving time and improving consistency. It streamlines scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, which boosts our team’s efficiency and keeps our content strategy organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease at which it is to post to all major social media platforms. The integration of all those platforms is done in a smart and easy way that aides greatly in implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better YouTube implementation, especially when uploading short-form videos.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule posts in advance on multiple platforms. I like to see all my posts performance data ang being able to compare them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Hootsuite recommendations for your posts are not very accurate for your accounts, so we have to take them with a grain of salt, but they still give you some useful insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all your social media management in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage socials for multiple different accounts, and Hootsuite makes it easy to switch between accounts in one dashboard. I also appreciate the hashtag generation and recommended times to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite crops my images weird in a carousel on instagram, and I have to go in on Instagram and remove the weird cropped images. That can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see my social posts for all of the accounts I manage in one dashboard. That saves me a lot of time when i'm scheduling all of our posts for the month.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to save drafts, see what's scheduled on my calendar, and post stories using the publishing notifications on the Hootsuite app. It makes content planning so much easier and quicker. I use hootsuite daily to manage content and respond to interactions. It is easy to integrate in my workflow-- I am excited to try out the Monday.com integration soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish they had the option to add alt text to photos on Instagram. It would make it easier. Also, I could never get the DM/link automations to work so I have to use a separate service. Would love to see this improve. My last critique is just that Hootsuite makes you crop pictures for some platforms, but when you post directly on the platform, most of them adjust the picture ratio for you so you don't have to crop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to plan content ahead and easily schedule social posts ahead of time so I can make time for other duties associated with my role.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the insights that Hootsuite provides and its capabilities for scheduling and organizing my social content calendar. It's easy to learn and use and I like the new features that Hootsuite rolls out. I am in Hootsuite daily! It connects well with my company's Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is glitchy, which is to be expected with software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me balance social content on each of my focus areas. It helps me visualize what is scheduled when and keeps me organized and on track. It's also super helpful for historical purposes and finding out when I did what.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ease of use of Hootsuite. It's incredibly intuitive and has a very easy-to-understand platform, which makes managing social media for my clients so much simpler. I appreciate how Hootsuite enables me to schedule posts in bulk effortlessly, which is a massive time-saver. My work is also enhanced by the AI capabilities, which provide me with great ideas for posting and content creation. Additionally, the initial setup was very straightforward, allowing me to seamlessly connect my Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts by directly logging in through those platforms. This level of simplicity makes the overall experience with Hootsuite incredibly satisfying. I'd definitely recommend Hootsuite to anyone using social media, as it has made my work much easier and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it slightly inconvenient that Hootsuite only allows image files to be saved in JPEG or PNG formats. This can be restrictive when dealing with different file types, and I would appreciate broader file format support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media efficiently, schedule posts in bulk, and generate content ideas with AI capabilities, saving me time compared to manual posting.
