Impressive data suite with scheduling tools as an added bonus.
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who interacts with our brand's social media content mostly as a data analyst, Hootsuite's metrics tracking features, specifically post by post metrics and comparisons, are incredibly helpful! Whether you want detailed analysis of your audience on a particular platform over time, or just a pulse on how well your content is doing on key words and phrases important to your brand, Hootsuite has it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically haven't interacted with the scheduling portion of Hootsuite, and for our specific brand, it's not very helpful. As a brand with a Facebook page and an Instagram account that existed before the Meta acquisition, it's been nearly impossible to get verify our Instagram account of utilize the features Hootsuite offers to monitor our performance there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving our biggest problem when it comes to internal marketing, and that's how spread out and unorganized things can tend to be. In Hootsuite, all our analytics and content calendar is in one place for everyone on the team to access when they need it.
The One-Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
I can make ONE post, and have it sent to multiple platforms at once. Being able to schedule and plan ahead is a time saver and makes my life more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
cant think of much that doesn't work well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post on all three of my businesses channels at one time without having to login to each and separately post. I can schedule them ahead and then see how they perform after posting.
Working Smarter, Not Harder with Hootsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is its ability to streamline and centralize all of our social media activity across multiple brands and platforms. Managing content for Fox Factory Vehicles—including Black Widow, Rocky Ridge, FFV, and more—would be overwhelming without a tool like Hootsuite. The scheduling functionality is intuitive and reliable, making it easy to plan weeks of content in advance, while the analytics dashboard gives us a clear, data-driven view of what’s working and where we can improve. It saves us time, keeps us organized, and ultimately helps us deliver consistent, high-performing content across all our channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite is that some of the platform integrations and features can feel a bit limited or clunky at times, especially when it comes to Instagram Stories or certain analytics exports. Occasionally, the user interface can lag or feel slightly outdated, and it would be helpful to have more customization options within the reporting dashboards. That said, these are minor inconveniences compared to the overall value the platform provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the challenge of managing multiple social media brands and platforms from one centralized dashboard. For Fox Factory Vehicles and our brands like Black Widow, Rocky Ridge, and FFV, it eliminates the chaos of juggling separate accounts, posting schedules, and content calendars. This centralized approach streamlines our workflow, ensures timely and consistent posting, and helps us maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence. Additionally, Hootsuite’s robust analytics and reporting tools give us clear insights into our performance, enabling data-driven decisions that boost engagement and grow our audience more effectively. Overall, it saves us time, reduces errors, and maximizes the impact of our social media efforts.
All-In-One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great because you can track your social performance both at a birds eye view, and at eye level — digging into thorough analytics, performance metrics, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much. Once in a blue moon, the linked accounts that are set up can disconnect without warning, however, it's easy to sync them back up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us track a lot of our ROI's in social performance, and they always seem to be evolving as a business with best practices being laid forward.
The Best App in The Game
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to manage content across all platforms and keep on top of what is performing, what isn't working and monitor competitors. It really does do it all and is a really smooth, hassle-free system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still limitations where software hasn't updated in line with social platform updates. For example, you can now post up to 20 photos in app in Instagram as a carousel, yet this still isn't possible when scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than having multiple subscriptions, it's all in one place. It reduces the need for cross-checking and makes monthly analytics reporting that much easier.
Decent software
What do you like best about the product?
It easy to post accross multiple platforms and produced decent analytic reports. I also love having all my channel messages in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't recognize that you can post multiple short videos across a few social media platforms. It only allows this on Instagram, even though you can also post multiple videos on Twitter and Facebook
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great to be able to post on multiple social media platforms from one place and manage all your inboxes from one place.
An essential tool for digital marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hootsuite for over 10 years to publish content on social media. It’s easy to use. I’ve trained others, and they picked it up quickly with no issues. It has been a great help in my work, allowing me to manage everything from a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it offered more options for publishing Stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time by allowing me to schedule simultaneously posts across different social media platforms like Meta, X, and LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, clear, efficient, time-saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside for actually using it, but the integrated AI tool is not always efficient for my industry post types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes my life so much easier when it comes to managing, planning, posting, and tracking our social media. It’s super convenient to have everything in one place instead of jumping between platforms.
Hootsuite makes social media posting easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user-friendly. I like that you can integrate other apps like Canva, Slack, Google Suite, and others. I also like that they've added newer platforms like TikTok and Threads. The calendar view is also helpful to have a broader view of our plans for the week/month.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an issue where IG posts would not post and the account kept disconnecting but I'm not sure if that was a Hootsuite issue or IG issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us not to have to mannually log into each of our acounts to post social media content. It saves us time by allowing us to schedule posts -- especially during busy times or for ongoing campaigns. We could take ann hour or less and schedule a month's worth of content.
Hootsuite - User friendly and easy to post
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward to post. Able to use multiple platforms seamlessly and tailor a message for each with a single post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be a little clunky. Prone to the occasional errors and account disconnections.
