What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite comes with all social media management features such as scheduling, ibox, social listening, and analytics. This is useful to handle all marketing tasks from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is expensive. There are many scheduling tools that offer more features at low rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage multiple website or client projects with Hootsuite. It supports all popular networks to schedule and monitor campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see everything in one place without having to go to multiple platforms. It's really convenient to manage all of my social media accounts together and to analyze them all at once. The setup was pretty simple and straightforward.

I'd like the dashboard to have more options, like graphs, slides, and charts to see better analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes managing social media for our farm business much easier. What do you like best about the product?

The interface is straightforward, the calendar view is clear, and the approval workflows help keep our team organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics can sometimes feel a little limited unless you upgrade to a higher plan. I’d also love to see even tighter integrations with tools like Canva. But overall, the platform is dependable and gets the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for managing Twitter and LinkedIn posts. It helps keep me organized across different platforms and is convenient for monitoring our social media interactions. I like that it notifies us of social media interactions better than other platforms. While testing another popular app, I noticed that it only informed us about direct communications. Hootsuite, on the other hand, alerts us when we're mentioned on other channels. This is important because we want to know what others are saying about us, not just when they communicate with us directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not always sure that recommendations about when to post are accurate. They seem to be based on what times we've previously used. Sometimes recommendations are made for times I know our audience is unlikely to be around, like holidays or outside of 9-to-5 hours (we are an office based service company, not a retailer).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite keeps me organized across platforms and conveniently monitors social media interactions. It also alerts us when we're mentioned, improving our awareness of what others say about us.

Centralized place to post all of our social media content (static and dynamic) on, including to Stories. We utilize it daily, essentially.

Somewhat difficult to navigate and fully utilize if you don't pay for the subscription tier with a dedicated rep.
