What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an incredible social media tool for our content creation and scheduling. It allows us to schedule content ahead of time and also helps us create content with the AI component. Whenever I have a question, their team is always timely and helpful. We use Hootsuite everyday and love it! They also track engagement for you and recommend best times to post, as well as showing you data regarding social interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, as of now. They are constantly creating and changing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving me having to post every day and manage multiple platforms. With Hootsuite, it helps me manage my time effectively by using one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We use hootsuite to coordinate posting across our social media channels. I particularly enjoy the calendar view, ability to select various platforms, and recommendations for each post. With the team plan we are on, we are also able to work on this across teams to ensure we're timing things correctly. The integrations with our platforms also makes it easy to provide access without concerns of misuse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish reporting would allow us to assess more easily across platforms, but overall there isn't much else. It does a great job at what we want to use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the process of consistently engaging with our audiences via social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very helpful in keeping all social media comments in one place. I can easily read over the most previous comments on all our platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little hard to navigate when there are threads.

Having everything in one place so we don't have to sort through multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
As a content manager with ADHD, I am so grateful to have a software that's uncluttered, easy-to-use, and helps me manage my time and projects. Seriously, I use it everyday for posting and scheduling on multiple platforms. Also, the Hootsuite blog and resources? So helpful and amazing. I cannot recommend it enough!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still figuring out how to best integrate the analytics tools for each of my platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The update to include Facebook Reels was so helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule my posts, allowing me to carry on with my other task uninterrupted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the tagging a little awkward but maybe that's just me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about getting my posts out at specific times during the day. I'm able to schedule my posts and then put my focus elsewhere for the day, without clock watching!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to be able to schedule my content weeks - even months out. I also like the AI suggestive aspects which give me an idea and lead me to ensure I am able to use Hashtags and content that may be beneficial (overall, it is a net positive on this aspect). We depend on it and it is easy to integrate it with all our social media and do so quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that I am unable to have full aspects which are given on the actual social media sites. For example, I am unable to add picture images to Tiktok through hootsuite, where I CAN do it on the site itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have our Spiritual content be spread across the web with ease. We can focus on on ensuring to create quality content rather than spend the same time looking to individually post on each site.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite has a mobile app as well as a desktop online software tool. It makes scheduling our social media posts so easy. We can collaborate with other departments to schedule posts. I like that you can see the weekly calendar. I really like that you can generate hashtags from the tool itself. We love the webinars to help us learn tips and latest trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I wish we could schedule stories or that it would be easier to schedule stories to both Facebook and Instagram and to schedule longer videos on Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep all of our social media management in one place

Hootsuite has been a valuable tool in streamlining how we manage social media for our global programs and local hubs.

The platform allows us to centralize content planning for events like the Global Citizenship Convention or programmatic campaigns for the Global Solvers Accelerator and Learning Program. Its collaborative features enable our geographically dispersed teams—Senior Fellows, Junior Fellows, and staff—to co-create, schedule, and review posts with ease, ensuring our messaging is aligned globally while also giving space for local narratives.

The real-time monitoring tools help us stay responsive to global conversations, while analytics allow us to reflect on what resonates across different regions. However, as a growing network, we would benefit from more flexible workflows within Hootsuite—especially for multi-layered approval processes and content variations for diverse cultural contexts.

What do you like best about the product?
our team loves the insights Hootsuite provides and being able to see how we stack against our competitors. Being able to view trends in the interactions we have across platforms is also really helpful in reviewing/improving our strategy. we use this daily to update and plan out social posts and keep us on track to improving our online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
somethings in the reports are hard to understand like what data hootsuite is pulling for some of the reports as we have noticed different numbers on linkedin's dashboard vs what hootsuite has.

being able to schedule posts and review how they do online
