All in one tool for managing multiple social channels !
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite lets me manage all of our social media accounts from one dashboard. Scheduling posts for different platforms at the same time is very convenient, and the calendar view makes it easy to plan ahead. The ability to monitor comments and messages in one inbox saves a lot of time compared to switching between apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytics reports feel basic unless you upgrade to higher plans. The interface can also feel slightly outdated compared to newer tools, and sometimes the post previews don’t perfectly match how they appear when published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps streamline our entire social media workflow. Instead of logging into multiple accounts. Ican schedule content, monitor engagement and respond to messages from a single place. It has made collaboration easier across our team and ensured we never miss posting deadlines.
Easy onboarding process and display set up.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the analytics and social listening component on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's room for growth in regards to uploading content on the site, and previewing it for display purposes. It's still a bit dated in it's ratio-sizing and has limited capabilities in what it can do when SMMs upload content to schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the older generations to adapt to Hootsuite and provides easy, clear intel that can be printed & shared for their viewing.
Hootsuite Helps Me Track My Social Media Activity And Schedule My Posts With Ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite to schedule my multi-social posts really helps me save a ton of time. Hours each week get saved just because I can adjust my posts to a calendar view which lets me see multiple posts at once. I can even get everything planned, and I can fill content calendar and not worry about any gaps and missing posts. I can see and get everything I need without always having to switch accounts, or at least making it really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features do feel a little outdated compared to some of the newer tools and features and on some occasions, some posts are published differently than how they are shown in the preview. Also when I need to add more team members and accounts, it is definitely not the cheapest option. The mobile app is also okay for quick looks but for a more functional app, I usually wait to do things on a desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Hootsuite is a life saver as I can manage several clients and channels without the hassle of logging in and out every single time. And it is the simplicity and the dependability of being able to use an all in one tool from anywhere that counts and not the extra features.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics dashboard provides exactly the insights, I need for strategic decisions. Coming from my project management background, I value data driven approaches. Seeing which corporate gift categories generate the most engagement directly informs our inventory planning and product development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app can be frustratingly slow when uploading multiple high-resolution images. When showcasing gift collections or creating carousel posts featuring our product range, the lag time disrupts my workflow. This is particularly challenging when I need to make quick updates on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media for our corporate gifting business used to be a nightmare. I'd forget to post during Diwali season or miss important client milestones. Not great when you're trying to build professional relationships. Hootsuite fixed my biggest headache, timing. I can schedule posts weeks ahead, so we never miss those crucial corporate gifting moments.
Reliable social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
Bulk scheduling feature is perfect for my workflow. I work with entrepreneurs, VCs, and Forbes 30 Under 30 founders who need consistent posting across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. Instead of logging into each client's account daily, I can plan their entire week of content in one sitting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface gets overwhelming fast. When you're managing 15-20 client accounts at once like I do, the dashboard becomes really cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I'd forget to post for certain clients or post at completely wrong times for their audience. The scheduling calendar keeps everything organized so our thought leaders maintain consistent visibility. The absolute worst thing was accidentally posting one CEO's content on another founder's profile. This nightmare scenario never happens now since each client has their own organized workspace.

What do you like best about the product?
I work with Hootsuite every single day and without it I think my social media manager work wouldn't be the same. I like the tags and campaigns feature which allows me to run reports from the campaigns we have around the globe and can filter by tags in the calendar view.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our NIQ workflow, we consistently use four tags per post to ensure proper categorization. However, when generating reports and filtering by tags, I’ve noticed a limitation: if I select only one tag, some posts don’t appear in the results—even though they were tagged with it. To compensate, I try using a second or third tag, but this causes the report to become cumulative, which skews the data and makes it less useful for accurate analysis.
It would be incredibly helpful if the reporting tool could allow for more precise filtering—perhaps by showing posts that match any selected tag individually, or by offering a non-cumulative view option. This would greatly improve the accuracy and usability of the reports.

Hootsuite helps us manage and streamline our global organic social media efforts. We use it to keep track of all our social content across regions and platforms, ensuring consistency and visibility. One of the most valuable features is the ability to set up approval levels, which allows us to maintain control over our content and ensure quality and compliance before anything goes live. This structure supports collaboration while minimizing errors, making our workflow more efficient and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts for different platforms from one place. The calendar view is helpful for planning content across the week and it saves me from logging into every account separately. The ability to track engagement in real time also keeps me updated without needing extra tools.

The interface can feel a bit heavy at times and it sometimes lags when switching between tabs. Also some advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers.

In early stages we used Hootsuite, handling multiple social accounts was messy and time consuming. Now everything is centralized and our small team can collaborate easily. It has improved consistency in posting and given us better insights into what type of content works.
Major software upgrades. Worth the investment.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's an all-in-one software that meets my organization's social media marketing and customer service needs. Competitor analytics are great for showing senior leadership how we perform against the industry. It's very easy and intuitive to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service has improved tremendously, but response times to service tickets are still a little slow. I also think the Streams interface could be improved. It's a bit cluttered and chaotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many problems. We have great reporting that we can use to adjust our social media strategy and measure how we are performing against competitors. The Inbox 2.0 is very important for our organization due to how much engagement we get on our posts and ads. We also do a ton of reporting in Inbox 2.0 so we can track trends and report those things back to the organization's different lines of business. It helps us monitor issues in real time, see spikes in trends, whether that be construction-related issues, internet service outages, etc. We can then take those issues back to leadership and determine what organizational changes need to be made. It also helps us from a crisis management perspective.
Easy & effective social mgmt platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's a cost effective way to have a lot of users, both from a social scheduling and monitoring perspective as well as managing direct messaging. The reporting is helpful and straightforward with the customer care a big positive too. This platform essentially does what it needs to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up inboxes for different users for various access levels can be a bit timely, having to set up varying inbox views across multiple brands and channels in each user account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple teams across different locations being able to schedule and monitor social channels in one place is the greatest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I like best about Hootsuite is that a different social profile will be easily managed when it comes to our different partnership programs. It also makes sure that every collaborative announcement or piece of thought leadership has the right brand voice and there is no unintentional confusion. The time accuracy of various world time zones also implies that our partner materials always arrive to its target audience at the most optimal time of local activity, which is essential to our global promulgation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation that I personally feel that the direct integration options offered by Hootsuite with certain of our more specialized B2B-based community platforms still are relatively limited, and so some degree of manual posting would be necessary there. Moreover, it might be somewhat cumbersome to extract highly granular data on specific partner mentions in a larger conversation stream, and thereby more manual sifting is needed than I would prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite actually made the process of managing our thought leadership material much easier at the same time we were doing it with our external partners. In the past we had in a small team wasted a lot of time simply logging into various partner social accounts, or even checking whether joint content has been shared. Today, we map out content releases that we share in Hootsuite way beforehand, to ensure that our partner spotlights and joint announcements are released all at the same time, over all pertinent platforms. It has fully eliminated the last minute coordination efforts turmoil.
