What do you like best about the product?
Very ergonomic, intuitive, and truly effective tool. Easy to implement. Real, quality, and responsive support from the QueueIt teams. A true accompaniment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the product suits me very well. No subject of "dislike."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QueueIt allows us to manage queues in cases of very high traffic or frenzied behavior from our users.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Project Manager and User, I have worked with many vendors, but none have been as professional and experienced as the Queue-it team. Their expertise in the ticketing and tech domain has helped accelerate the security and stability of our systems. This is reflected in their decision-making and the progress of the products and services they offer. Every update is impactful, and their roadmap is filled with highly innovative solutions.

Queue-it’s customer and business teams are always ready to support and show incredible engagement, consistently following up on the challenges we face. Jessica, in particular, has been very proactive in engaging with us and keeping us up to date on the solutions they offer. She has spent many meetings trying to understand our business needs—an effort that is invaluable when we require tailored solutions. Fang Bin has also been excellent in providing the necessary support for our implementation plans, even when it runs late into the night. On his own initiative, he has given us great configuration recommendations by analyzing our existing processes.

The product Queue-it delivers has improved over the years, with regular quality-of-life updates for end users that reflect their thoughtful approach to UX. They conduct user studies to guide their design decisions—an uncommon and refreshing practice. There have also been many targeted security enhancements that keep us ahead of threat actors. This clearly puts them ahead of many competitors we've evaluated over the years. To say they’ve done many things right would be an understatement.

With all these positives, Queue-it has undoubtedly become an essential part of our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any, we have been very satisfied with their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-It helps to address many security and fair-play problems that we faced. As a ticketing agency, we have to ensure maximum stability of our system and Queue-It is at the forefront of that endeavor. Their services helps to keep our system afloat by managing the traffic that is accessing our system 24/7. They also have very intuitive dashboards that can allow us to quickly adjust to changing situations. The setup time of a waiting room is less than 5mins for an average user and that allows us to quickly setup a vital waiting room even at a moment's notice.

What do you like best about the product?
I would recommend Queue-it as it is great for protecting against high-traffic incidents. Also the Account Managers, Technical Team and Designers are always available to support and go above and beyond
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be improved! From a content POV it should be easier to update the themes and add imagery, background colours etc (so have a CMS). Also, I would like a repository to add pre-prepared stock dynamic messages so I can access them easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-it helps us manage our high traffic when we have pre-sales

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Queue-it is the peace of mind it offers. I can trust that the platform is safe, ensuring that users in the queue are provided with the best possible experience. The reliability of the system is top-notch, and it has been effective in managing high traffic without issues. Knowing that users are experiencing smooth and fair wait times makes it much easier to handle large-scale events or product launches. The customer support is also excellent in my experience so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Queue-it excels in safety and performance, the UI and UX of the management platform is not ideal. The layout feels outdated and not as intuitive as it could be. Additionally, the setup process for creating a new queue could be more user-friendly. A step-by-step, tailored approach would make it much easier to configure queues according to specific needs, instead of navigating through a generic process that can be confusing at times.

Queue-it solves the problem of managing high website traffic by preventing crashes and ensuring a smooth user experience. It benefits you by offering a reliable, scalable solution that handles large surges in demand, providing fair and orderly access to your site. With Queue-it, you can rest assured that users will have a seamless experience, reducing frustration while you focus on other aspects of your event or business.

What do you like best about the product?
The support was really responsive, and the integrations / Implementations are standardized. The feature stack also is very easy to use and customizable
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start the dashboard was not that intuitive

Our tech stack is complicated, and there is parts that are not well optimized, so the waiting room solution helped us from reaching the saturation levels that our systems have

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement and use however proves to be one of the key player in device launch whether you want to do traffic management or want to do controlled device launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less amount of technology support like missing flutter support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem was traffic management which it handles smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and response speed is excellent. In a few days we have managed to move the application to the server, the answers to our questions were resolved in a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints regarding Queue-it's service. The only recommendation would be greater monitoring and proactivity regarding the account. For example, the recommendation to move the application to the server could have been very useful before we encountered the problem in a live event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the project I work on we reached high peaks of users connecting at the same time. So that our payment queues do not become saturated, we install queue-it as a traffic control measure and progressive user adjustment when accessing the checkout.

Queue-it's rapid outflow update is key to our business model.
