Convenient and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Payem is both very powerful and convenient for the end user

It's a bit hard to get around the home screen

PayEm manages all of our expenses, cards, POs etc. - it does a great job as a one-stop-shop for that
Overall very intuitive and easy platform with a great way to manage credit card expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to issue different cards with recurring limits really helps manage unexpected expenses or unknown charge.
Also the auto matching of invoices to expenses is nice.

What do you dislike about the product?
They've just changed the system to a pre-paid, this actually beats the point of a credit card.
If I would have used credit cards as a way to postpone payments, this wouldn't have been a good solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage our Saas expenses and also share credit cards directly with employees, limited to specific vendors.
This saves time of the credit card holder and the bookkeeper and also reduce risk of abusing the credit card.

Eeasy to use and to setup and new cc...

Customer services conection. very hard to contact the helpdesk over the phone.

easy to control the employess expenses and to isue a company CC.

Great team. Puts Proffessionalism at the top. Attentive to details. Great Sales, CS and constantly improving product/platform while Product team does it's best.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's still WIP on some cases. The product isn't as scaleable as other narrower-focused competitors (rather than holistic view PayEm strives for);it is still rapidly improving but there some WIP areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Budgetery control. Overview of the intakes and clear communication between involved parties, clarity re expense request and overall spend. Automation (or at least striving to it) for booking and paying.

it keeps payments organized and safe - helps prevent overspending and allows finance to track on a granular level how money is moving around

its not the best in tracking invoices - if there was a way to tie it in directly to the providers or emails it would be easier

keeping track of spend, ensuring we did not overspend on SaaS products which run automatically, trakcing usage among employees

Super helpful for my team to keep track of work expenses.

No complaints. There's probably an app? I just don't use it. But that would help me keep track of my receipts better.

The interface is great. It takes me just a few minutes a month and my finance team no longer chases me down.

No onboarding for non-finance users, my finance team had to show me exactly what they need me to do.

Get approval for spending, get virtual CC for different use cases, provide cost information and invoices for the finance team.

The fact the card is connected to my phone and I don't need anything except a budget and my phone to pay

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is for my company to authorize and issue virtual cards. PayEm also makes tracking transactions and expenses easy. Great user interface!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across a downside or dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use a company credit card for everything and it was always a pain point to reconcile the bills at the end of the month. No we can issue pre authoized cards to our team and manage expenses and spending withouout having to go off of a single bill playing guess and check for expenses.
