Efficient Solution for Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
PayEm is super easy to use and has really streamlined how we handle expenses. The setup was pretty straightforward, and it works well with the other tools we use, which saves us a ton of time. I also love that their customer support is always ready to help whenever we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve when you’re just starting out, especially if you're new to this kind of software. Some of the more advanced features could use better tutorials or guides to help people get up to speed faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PayEm has really helped us cut down on the time we spend managing expenses manually. Before, we were using spreadsheets and other outdated methods, which were not only time-consuming but also prone to errors

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use. Very user friendly, easy to upload receipts, easy for leadership to approve/deny/add comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A. Everything has been great and I would recommend to anyone

Ease of tracking expenses
Very easy user experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate within the dashboard to track past transactions, outstanding VC's and current status of requested cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note at the moment. We just recently implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing users insight to past transactions and future requests (status). It's easy to review monthly spending.
Useful product application for loading money and ability to spend as needed within the card's limit.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement, very helpful customer support in getting the system set up, temporary card issued so we can have access to funds right away

There are a lot of features and sometimes you don't need them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for corporate to load the card quickly with funds and to be able to then spend the money right away as needed.
PayEm makes shelling out and receiving corporate cards seamless.
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely seamless, works on Apple Pay, works on Google Pay, easy to upload receipts. First time user, and from first email to Apple Pay, it was less than 10 minutes. Big purchases or small purchases it has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, maybe company specific, not having a physical card. From a commercial perspective with a smaller monthly budget, there have been no hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to not use individual cards then adding another layer of payback to employees. It removes a step, and only involves a single receipt upload, and not another pay back.
Seamless experience when purchasing with PayEm card
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is that it's seamless to use the card, it automatically replenishes the monthly employee allowance, and it's extremely easy to add the card to your Samsung or Apple Wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. We do have to upload the invoice for each transaction, which can be forgotten sometimes, but other than that I'm extremely satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to give a monthly allowance/benefits to the employees. They can use the PayEm card and spend the amount on anything usable while working remotely (electricity, hardware, etc.)
Whether PayEM works effectively for business needs
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a place holder for immediately updating all the expenses as and when they are required. It helps in avoiding some invoices being missed out or lost at a later time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The approval process within the company is not clear, the finance team is requesting for resubmitting the bills which are already submitted. Hence, some coordination with internal process is required along with proper orientation and familiarization

Helping me keep upto date with expenses incurred during business travel and minimizing any bills that are missed out

Nothing. Its user freindly and very easy to use.

PayEm provides tools to set spending limits, enforce policies, and monitor transactions in real-time. This ensures that all expenses are pre-approved and within the budget, reducing the risk of unauthorized spending

unnecessary notifications recieved on phone multiple times the one-time password gets generated

its helping to raise req and easy approval process because of which there is no delay in process
An easy to use payment and reimbursement tool

Not only do you get a physical card, there is also a mobile app to stay on top of spend or current payments

The constant need to sign into the platform

within our organisation we are entitled to a monthly stipend and this allows us to use this stipend where and where we want
