It's very innovative and exciting. Easy to use.

Customer Support needs to be more elaborative.

Budgeting, a watch on over-spending, resource allocation are the major issues solved by PayEm and benefitting me.

That you can use Google Pay or Apple Pay to use the card, making it very versatile.

Nothing, very easy to use, would happily use it again.

They made it so I did not have to submit a bunch of reimbursements for a business trip.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of PayEm is its intuitive user interface and ease of use. The automated approval workflows are also a huge time-saver, reducing the need for manual intervention and minimizing the risk of errors. What do you dislike about the product?
While PayEm offers a lot of functionalities, the setup and initial customization can be somewhat overwhelming, especially for smaller businesses or teams without a dedicated finance or IT department. The wealth of features means that there can be a lot to configure before the platform is fully operational, which could be a drawback for companies looking for a quick, plug-and-play solution. Additionally, the pricing structure might be on the higher side for startups or small businesses, making it less accessible to organizations with limited budgets.

PayEm is solving several key challenges related to spend management, procurement, and expense tracking. Before using PayEm, we faced issues with decentralized spending, lack of real-time visibility into expenses, and cumbersome approval processes. Efficient Solution for Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
PayEm is super easy to use and has really streamlined how we handle expenses. The setup was pretty straightforward, and it works well with the other tools we use, which saves us a ton of time. I also love that their customer support is always ready to help whenever we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve when you’re just starting out, especially if you're new to this kind of software. Some of the more advanced features could use better tutorials or guides to help people get up to speed faster.

PayEm has really helped us cut down on the time we spend managing expenses manually. Before, we were using spreadsheets and other outdated methods, which were not only time-consuming but also prone to errors

It is extremely easy to use. Very user friendly, easy to upload receipts, easy for leadership to approve/deny/add comments.

Very easy user experience.

Easy to navigate within the dashboard to track past transactions, outstanding VC's and current status of requested cards.

Nothing to note at the moment. We just recently implemented.

Providing users insight to past transactions and future requests (status). It's easy to review monthly spending.
Useful product application for loading money and ability to spend as needed within the card's limit.

Easy to implement, very helpful customer support in getting the system set up, temporary card issued so we can have access to funds right away

There are a lot of features and sometimes you don't need them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for corporate to load the card quickly with funds and to be able to then spend the money right away as needed.
