What do you like best about the product?
life with the finance team is easier now! (chasing invoices at the end of each month can be very challenging...). with payem i can upload the invoice right in time!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some vendors who do not accept Payem cards, so you cannot use it everywhere.
In the transition page, if you are not a finance person, some of the statuses are unclear (what is revered?)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I can keep track of my expenses more easily. Before that, my expenses were only available to the finance team and I had to write them manually in Excel - a real time saver!

The PayEm helps in the finance department's control of credit card transactions and the collection of receipts and invoices for the transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
PayEm combines all expense procedures in one system, it's straightforward, intuitive, quick, saves time, and syncs easily to the ERP systems. It is very recommended.

The product is still new, but they learn quickly and adjust their system to the customer's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time, the finance team doesn't have to work manually, and it saves time working with banks and issuing credit cards quickly. Super helpful.

The web interface, allowing me to upload receipts in all formats, and add notes without too much effort.

No dark mode.
No setting for user localization settings (date format, number and currency format...).

The manual work of going to the girls office with receipts and waiting for them to process it.

simple going live process, smooth integration into NS, automation in CC creating

missing controls, missing SOC1, missing visibility in one system (need to log in into payem system and can't see in one place all data (in NS for instant)).

Credit card payment control and documentation - crucial!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very helpful in controlling day-to-day expenses, and synchronizing with Netsuite is working great. sometimes there small gaps, but not a big deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we would like to get more information about the vendor who charged the CC.
One more thing I would like to be improved is faster observation in the app, for example, is some employee charges his CC, it will take a few days till I can see it in the app, I would like to see it better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling the spent money, instead of physical CC and waiting for the monthly report like the usual CC, in PayEm i can see the charges online and upload the documents.
PayEm works when the user has a routine /discipline to upload receipts when purchase has happened.

It's simple and works across the various entities.

Big orders at Amazon with different delivery dates and in various months do not work with our month -close procedure. Requires discipline from the user.

in stead of master cards we have many cards tied up on departments and different users.

What do you like best about the product?
We are independent in issuing/terminating credit cards and can change the limitations as needed. We can track who is the spender that was hard for us when all employees were using 1 or 2 corporate credit cards
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the system to send daily notifications to credit card holders whenever an invoice is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time when closing the books. We can go directly to the credit card holder and ask her/him to upload any missing invoice
