What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers a simple yet intelligent interface with a clean UI and seamless NetSuite integration, supporting our end-to-end financial needs. It’s easy to view balances and uploading receipts is straightforward.
The team behind the product is outstanding—highly responsive and supportive of our evolving requirements. With AI capabilities being added, the product is becoming even more powerful,it's an exciting time to be using it.
We primarily use it as a payment source, which helps us bypass the lengthy vendor onboarding process.

Speed of the app, some local business don't accept international cards

virutal cards is an amazing concept, I'm glad we have your service, it help us to make order with the use of the company credit card.

I wish we had one generic email from payem for all invoices together.

Can't message team members or send emails from within.

Its reducing out of pocket expenses so I don't need to submit reimbursement claims.
Streamlined SaaS Spend Management with Great Control & Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
PayEm has really simplified how we manage spending, from initial requests all the way through to reconciliation. The customizable approval flows and real-time budget tracking give us tighter control, and the option to issue virtual cards for specific vendors or teams has been a huge plus. It’s helped us cut down on shadow IT and finally given finance full visibility into our SaaS expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is solid overall, but integrating with some of our older legacy systems took a bit of extra setup. Also, while the reporting tools are evolving, there’s still room for more detailed, audit-level insights to really round things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before switching to PayEm, managing our SaaS subscriptions was a mess disconnected tools, surprise renewals, and limited visibility into where the budget was going. Since adopting PayEm, everything’s in one place. We’ve gained better control, cut out wasteful spending, and streamlined our procurement process. It’s made a noticeable difference.

I have more flexibility as all the expenses are transparent with the finance department

login from the app sometimes requires authentication and not going smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the transparency it allows, the finance department are willing to give employees credit cards and it makes trip aborad easier as each employee has its own card.

New to platform - UX needs improving

Quick to process requests and get paid. PO requests are very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX isn't intuitive. Notifications are in the weirdest place. I don't know the status of my requests without having to go and find them

It's helping me to manage a budget and send out payments. As well as expenses.

It's so easy to use the virtual credit card, and it helps control expenses. As VP of sales, I use it for every business trip or marketing event we participate in.

The onboarding and opening of an account is taking a long time due to the US bank authorization

Our team uses a virtual credit card for all business trips and marketing events. This practice allows us to proactively manage expenses, ensuring we stay within budget, and streamlines the expense reporting process.
