Ease of information and automation
What do you like best about the product?
I think it’s most useful that they’ve partnered with several platforms allowing the automation processes to be seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ai is a bit of a slippery slope in some ways but can only improve our workflow with augmentation of already known skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to really focus on things step by step but supports me through these processes as I go

What do you like best about the product?
ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric was introduced to better manage our data and so I think i like the accessibility and how easy it is to use in integrating data. it is been use quite often by my team
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say dislike, i'm liking it so far

I like the fact it help with eliminating some of our manual process which improve efficiency.

UX/UI of centralized portal for managing and orchestrating APIs

Hyper Automation Use cases like IT Process, Business Process, Cognitive process automation.
Solid development from previous versions

Ease of deployment, and integration and use by dev team.

Small bugs are often project ending, typically due to poor documentation

Eliminating 2 other vendors for a cost savings

The automation and ease of use makes it easy to connect multiple data sources

Can be buggy sometime with some the newer ai tools but will improve over time.
