What do you like best about the product?
Servicenow is a Excellent ITSM and CMDB Tool available in the Market. It is having all the integrations with the Infrastructure Tools. excellent Speed in Processing and fetching the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Renewal Costs, Still need to improve the seamless integration for Cutting Edge Cloud Resources like Micro Services, Dockers, Containers,

Incident, change, problem Management. IT Asset CMDB.

What do you like best about the product?
It has versatile integration capabilities and ithas very user friendly interface to allow us easily create and manage workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has dependency on servicenow ecosystem also cost association is much higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reduced manually task which benifits us on manual error. Also it has a very good option as Real time insights which allow us to see real time performance.
User friendly and quite efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The service now automation engine greatly helps in integrating all my queries at one place with good UI. The customer support is quite amazing and I personally use it a lot to implement my work.

All of the things is good, just the interface could be more user-friendly.
