Made my requests a lot smoother
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how Workflow Data Fabric connected different data sources in one place. It gave me a clearer view across teams without having to switch between multiple systems. The automation also reduced a lot of manual follow-ups and kept processes moving smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using it, the number of features felt a bit overwhelming. It took some time to learn where everything was and how it all fit together. After getting used to it, though, it became much easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem of having to chase updates through email or messages. Instead, I could log in and see the progress of my requests in one place. That gave me more transparency, saved time, and reduced back-and-forth communication.
User-Friendly UI with Robust Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric incredibly user-friendly, particularly its intuitive interface which makes navigating tasks effortless. The AI-based management features are highly beneficial, enhancing both efficiency and ease of use. I appreciate the task management capabilities, alongside the helpful alerts and notifications that keep us organized. Integration with our existing phone system has streamlined our task management and ticket generation process significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of navigating through different options and settings somewhat cumbersome. While the task management features are fine, setting up other aspects or finding specific settings in the interface can be challenging. I wish the UI features were enhanced to facilitate easier navigation and usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product improves task management with a user-friendly UI, AI features, and seamless integration, enhancing workflow and reducing complications seen with previous tools.
G review
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is that it unifies access to data across silos in real time using a zero-copy architecture, so you can connect directly to sources like Snowflake or SharePoint without duplicating or moving data. Powered by the high-performance RaptorDB Pro engine, it delivers lightning-fast transactions and analytics, while the semantic knowledge graph adds context so AI agents and workflows act intelligently, not just reactively. This combination reduces integration costs, improves efficiency, and empowers organizations to make smarter, faster, and more resilient data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge with ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is that, while powerful, it can feel complex to implement and manage—especially for organizations new to ServiceNow or without strong data governance in place. The zero-copy architecture, while efficient, still requires careful setup of connectors and permissions, and performance may vary depending on the external systems integrated. Licensing and costs can also be a concern, since advanced capabilities like Workflow Data Fabric are often bundled into higher-tier ServiceNow packages, which may not be affordable for smaller organizations. Finally, because the technology is relatively new and evolving, documentation, best practices, and community expertise are still limited compared to more mature data integration tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric solves the challenge of data silos and outdated information by providing real-time, unified access to data across multiple systems without the need for duplication or heavy ETL processes. This means teams no longer waste time reconciling scattered or inconsistent data, and workflows are powered by the most current information. By contextualizing data through its semantic layer and knowledge graph, it also enables smarter automation and AI-driven decisions, which reduces manual effort and improves response times. For me, the biggest benefit is the ability to accelerate decision-making, cut integration costs, and increase efficiency, since all departments can work from a single source of truth while still maintaining security and governance.
Secure Setup, User-Friendly, but a Bit Pricey for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
From my experience, what I like best about ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is how it connects data from different sources and presents it in one place. It makes workflows easier to manage, reduces the back-and-forth between systems, and helps in making quicker, more informed decisions. For me, the real value is the visibility it creates across processes without needing heavy integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be a barrier for startups or smaller teams that may not need the full enterprise-level capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces data silos by unifying information across systems, giving me better visibility, faster decisions, and smoother workflows.

Seamless Data Intregration, Elevates Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the seamless integration and native fit of ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric within the ServiceNow ecosystem, which enhances automation, reporting, and user experience. Its unified data model eliminates data silos and provides real-time data flow across workflows, significantly improving decision-making, enabling efficient cross-department processes, and delivering a clear return on investment. The system's low-code data transformation and prebuilt connectors allow for easy setup and management, while its security features ensure trustworthy data sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric lacks out-of-the-box connectors for niche or industry-specific systems, which means that connecting to less common tools still requires custom development or third-party middleware. This limitation extends the onboarding time and increases the complexity of integration processes. For example, integrating our Lab Information Management System (LIMS) into ServiceNow requires custom API work, which could be streamlined with a pre-built connector. Additionally, during initial data synchronization with large datasets, performance trends lower than expected, posing challenges. The setup process also revealed data quality issues, such as inconsistencies, duplicates, and outdated records, which needed addressing. Furthermore, change management has been a challenge, as some teams were resistant to transitioning from their familiar tools to using this new system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to unify data across systems, solving data silos issues and enhancing workflows. It improves decision-making, increases automation, and provides a seamless data flow, reducing errors and manual efforts, ultimately boosting operational efficiency and user experience.

The best of use of AI so far
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the architecture of Servicenow remains simple. It's good to have a methodology that's just 3 phased but does such a big and complex task of handling so much of data. The input into transformation into output shows great understanding of core fundamentals to make it work and to make it work so smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there's nothing to point out except maybe the fact that a workflow creation can be a bit cumbersome at times with a process that's rightfully long in every logical sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now, keeping in mind that we are at a very early stage of this process, I would say it's definitely the documentation and archival parts of ServiceNow that really speak volumes to us. It really helps us do just what we want and also makes it worry free and hassle-free in every way.
