What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is its ability to effortlessly link data from various systems, effectively eliminating silos and offering a comprehensive, unified perspective on information. Additionally, it improves workflow automation by making sure the necessary data is accessible in real time, which supports more intelligent and quicker decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation of ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is the complexity involved in its setup and integration, which often demands considerable configuration and specialized knowledge. Furthermore, when working with extremely large datasets or intricate data models spanning multiple sources, performance may decrease noticeably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric solves the problem of disconnected data spread across multiple systems by creating a unified, real-time data layer. This helps improve decision-making, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort by ensuring teams have consistent, accessible, and actionable information across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to reference both static and dynamic data. I can connect to data lakes as well as traditional data sources in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still in its early stages and the integration platform could be more intuitive. It still relies on a technical person to set this up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to aggregate data from disparate sources to provide a single view of employee utilization tied to customer accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how it consolidates data from various systems into a single, reliable layer that can be accessed throughout different workflows. This integration allows users to avoid searching for information across multiple tools, minimizes duplication, and leads to more accurate processes. With all the data presented in one unified view, stakeholders are able to make decisions more quickly and with greater confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process is quite complex, and there is a steep learning curve. It often requires considerable time and expertise to accurately model data sources, define relationships, and establish governance rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified data layer/virtualisation: WDF enables access to structured, unstructured, semi-structured, even streaming data from across the enterprise (inside & outside the platform) without having to copy it.
