What do you like best about the product?
UX/UI/GUI user friendly simplifying creating, modifying and content scheduling.
Capabilities to paste from word documents .
High performance speed.
Easy to visualize content .
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, nothing I can complain about.

What do you like best about the product?
Organised centralised storage to retrieve all assets for high experience across all channels.
Ability to create rich interactive experiences with all understanding of what content to drive best campaigns.
It's performance speed.

I had a hard time at start but now I can't do without it, no fawn at all.

Amplience speed up the process of content creation through pre-integrated unparalleled content which unlocks agile workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even my overall rating depicts that I have zero flaws ever encountered on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize assets and media dogital content on one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The business team can directly manage the content without tech intervention. And it's so dynamic as they can do changes when required. For the tech team also easy to roll out the changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Need bulk upload of the dynamic content and it's very much needed for the content as well as the tech team.
2. Need bulk approval and bulk publish functionality needed.
3. Need bulk delete or cleanup feature needed.
4. Scheduling part needs to be matured more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynamic content is solving our web content management problems. Still there is some improvement needed.

What do you like best about the product?
No coding required, user friendly interface and fast.

Nothing in specific so far, as I am still exploring.

As mentioned, still exploring but it seems it would benefit us in creating customized products in-house and increrase site response.

Great tool for content and asset management (especially for content editors)

What do you like best about the product?
Amplience has a great way to organise content with schemas and publish content with slots. Recently, got to know about fancy media set api and personalization service. Visualisation is a good feature for editors to visualise content without front end or tech knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely, not developer friendly! Caching issue has troubled me for a while now (sometimes it takes minutes to hours) to reflect changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for content editors to manage content and assets. Straight forward software

Good for front end but doesn't do everything

What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to create content when you have the templates built and set up. Used alongside with Commerce Tools to help create categories . For front end creation, it does a lot well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't do everything and the fact that there isn't any HTML limits what you can change/add to your site. That, along with the fact that for an e-commerce site you have to ensure all the software links up and matches otherwise, everything breaks and can make it difficult to catch problems quickly. Also, with caching, it can take changes nywhere from 45 minutes to and hour and a half to pull through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have more control over content that we create, without the need for a lot of design input is a welcome benefit. It also allows us to decide whether to index or noindex pages quickly. And, we also have a lot more control over our blog pages and being able to schedule content to go out when we need it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For content creation this is a great tool and will help make life so much easier. Not only does it allow you to make changes on the fly it also means you don't need to understand HTML in order to make those changes. The only downside is you need to have all the components made before hand so you need to know what components you need prior to setting up a website through Ampleince. This can make it a pain when you need more creating later down the line but once you have them, it really is a great place for content creation.

The inability to check the work on a live site and the scheduling

Each experience is unique and will vary depending on your needs the use of Ampliance has been very for us and has greatly increased our productivity
