Watchguard Authpoint Satifies to the fullest
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and the GUI is very friendly towards non advanced users
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across a dislike as of yet but will update if I find one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security problems or bad actors. Also preventing any hacking or potential risk threats. Working very well on that front
Excellent MFA
What do you like best about the product?
it is an excellent MFA solution to integrate with our firewalls, it integrates very well with the active directory, and it allows the creation of groups and policies. It is a very good MFA option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the factors that I don't like is that it doesn't integrate with native firebox users, only with active directory users, which makes it difficult for firebox users used for mobile VPN connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the implementation of this tool, we were able to add a higher level of security to mobile VPN connections, which allows us to confirm the identity of the user through a token or confirmation message for the approval of the remote connection.

What do you like best about the product?
it is convenient and easy to deploy and use. Teaching end users how to use the product is very simple and user friendly

I haven't found anything I dislike. It delivers as promised.

It allows us to implement a quick and efficient MFA solution that we can monitor and support remotely

Easy setup, amazing support to assist you if needed, flexibility of hardware tokens or smart phone app
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleting users isn't the clearest. Also if I can't add a user could you just have a message pop up they are out of licenses if that's the case.

Easy for anyone to implement 2fa

That it can be integrated with most buisness application, there is good support if yor are going in to uncharted territory

The biggest problem i have with authpoint is the issue with the welcome mail, sometimes it isn't recived, sometimes the link just straight up doesn't work, but it works 90% of the time to send a new mail

Complience with regulations of cybersecurity and insurances, securing logins even when users are falling for phishing attacks, negating databreach if ex. lastpass get hacked again

Documentation for implementation in mixed os environments

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly we could not imagine our lives without this app. It has MFA for VPN, supports desktop loggins, and Geofencing!
What do you dislike about the product?
We really should think that SMS support should be added in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It certainly solves the MFA issue for our ISO purposes. We love that only one device is can be allowed per token!

We really like the ease of the mobile application and how only one token is allowed per device!

There is no setting for each company to enforce a password reset of all company AuthPoint users every xx days

Multi factor authentication, of course!
Very nice setup, and easy process
What do you like best about the product?
The setup was straightforward to connect between the local appliance and the cloud

Nothing so far. It is working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has allowed us to setup Multi Factor Authentication for our VPN. We are rolling out the MFA next week for our organization.
The product is great, however the distribution channel has been a bit suspect lately.
What do you like best about the product?
Once configured, Authpoint, works like a charm.

The setup could be more straightforward.

Many insurance companies are now requiring MFA for external access. Watchguard fits right in.
