AuthPoint Total Identity Security by WatchGuard is a comprehensive suite that goes beyond traditional multi-factor authentication (MFA) to deliver continuous monitoring against modern identity-based threats. Designed for organizations of all sizes, it combines three critical security components: MFA, dark web credential monitoring, credential access threat detection and response, while enabling workforce productivity with single sign-on to applications and remote services.
Beyond MFA, AuthPoint Total Identity Security continuous dark web credential monitoring service which notifies when workforce credential associated with your organization are exposed either through human error (such as Git repository) or contained within a confirmed data breach often for sale to hackers. AuthPoint ThreatSync Credential Access also detects and correlates identity-based threats by monitoring for unauthorized credential use across endpoints and networks, enabling rapid response and risk mitigation.
Managed through WatchGuard Cloud, AuthPoint Total Identity Security delivers zero-trust policy- based access control, achieves compliance, and significantly reduce the risk of credential-based attacks.

- AuthPoint MFA Deploy a complete multi-factor authentication solution with single sign on (SSO) and risk-based authentication that is easy to manage and use. Strong time-based tokens are pushed to a phone app, where additional factors and our mobile phone DNA help to confirm identity.
- Dark Web Monitor Get notified when compromised credentials from monitored domains are found on the dark web and published to credentials databases. Notifications are sent to administrators and, when configured to allow it, to the users involved so they can immediately change their passwords.

Easy to use and the GUI is very friendly towards non advanced users

I have not come across a dislike as of yet but will update if I find one

Security problems or bad actors. Also preventing any hacking or potential risk threats. Working very well on that front

What do you like best about the product?
it is an excellent MFA solution to integrate with our firewalls, it integrates very well with the active directory, and it allows the creation of groups and policies. It is a very good MFA option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the factors that I don't like is that it doesn't integrate with native firebox users, only with active directory users, which makes it difficult for firebox users used for mobile VPN connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the implementation of this tool, we were able to add a higher level of security to mobile VPN connections, which allows us to confirm the identity of the user through a token or confirmation message for the approval of the remote connection.

it is convenient and easy to deploy and use. Teaching end users how to use the product is very simple and user friendly

I haven't found anything I dislike. It delivers as promised.

Easy setup, amazing support to assist you if needed, flexibility of hardware tokens or smart phone app
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleting users isn't the clearest. Also if I can't add a user could you just have a message pop up they are out of licenses if that's the case.

That it can be integrated with most buisness application, there is good support if yor are going in to uncharted territory

The biggest problem i have with authpoint is the issue with the welcome mail, sometimes it isn't recived, sometimes the link just straight up doesn't work, but it works 90% of the time to send a new mail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complience with regulations of cybersecurity and insurances, securing logins even when users are falling for phishing attacks, negating databreach if ex. lastpass get hacked again
