being ale to monitor agents from the dashboard and to view the time in one aux code compared to another. Helps maintain the amount of ppl off the phone

its a very goog calling software. does exactly what its supposed to do.

i am using NICE to make COVID vaccination bookings.

Easy to use and to understand, almost no issues with having to reboot or any bug fixes

Great for call centers on any system i never had any issues that a quick reset didnt help. I will def recommand to all businesses and users around the world if able
Easy schedule viewing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can view my schedule day by day and my breaks and lunches are clearly visible as well. I don't have to second guess when I will be taking my much-needed breaks. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides about NICE CXone. I couldn't find a way to view my schedule weekly/monthly; however, that is not dire. That being said, there is nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problems that I am solving with NICE CXone. I use this product to view my schedule, breaks and lunches. This benifits me while working I can easily view my schedule daily.

It is hard to track calls or have an option to keep track of notes from the last call

It gives the providers an option to be placed in a call queue and will call them back as the next person in line

NICE is a great phone system to use. Support is quick, accurate, and efficient.

The most valuable part of using CXOne is its stats page and how I can quickly access it to see the progress of my sales work in real-time.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I particularly dislike about CXOne. All software features seem quick and always functional. The sign-in process is relatively easy. I'm not sure where there is room for improvement. Perhaps we can have individualized color schemes?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track my sales progress with CXone in real time, and I clearly am able to see where my deficiencies lie. I use the data derived from the stats page to increase my productivity and bring more sales opportunities by reaching contacts that may have missed an appointment or may need other assistance from me.
