NICE CXone - Very intuitive and reliable for business

What do you like best about the product?
It playes a crucial role in our work environment to staty connected with busniess clients situated around the world. It is reliable and easy to access for our empolyees with out any trouble. It alos provides the real time report to track the number of calls attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is bit hard to find the diadvantage of using this software, but I would like to suggest chnage the position of the mute button to somewhere else on the screen in order to avoid the confusion disconnect the call mistakenly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of NICE CXOne we can attend the the calls from our clients and get the valuable feedback of our products. It has also been benefitted to trafer a calls in appropriate department in the perpose of escalation.

What do you like best about the product?
The color profiles for each activity clearly indicate the what each employee is doing, and the simple and easy to use UI makes me doing my job smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although its simple to use, could use some easier navigation panels but its a minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just helps me stay online for my patient health care role.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working for about four months now, simple to use, no need to install additional programs on the pc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the connection gets unstable, the software needs to be logged out and logged back in, which sometimes can take a little while
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to use, the integration has been seamless so far.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it routes the phones calls to the right person. Its super easy to use,
What do you dislike about the product?
That if you forget to log off it and only click out of it you are still logged on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That the customers who call us are getting the first person available which allows us to them to get the best service.

What do you like best about the product?
The clarity of calls throughout max and how easy it is to navigate. Max is very easy to use once you know where all the buttons are which is why i recommend exploring it before jumpig in.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is not really anything that I do not like. I have only had one issue with it but that was just some internal issues. we had a couple days wher e audio was choppy but it has since been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping the united states through the covid 19 pandemic. I personally am benefiting financially because it helps my job give me a position there for in turn giving me the opportunity to use it and work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just take it slow; make sure you explore a little bit before you take off running. The software max which is implemented into nice is really easy to use and understand

What do you like best about the product?
The NICE system is very interactive. I like how it has so many features all found in one place. It keeps track of my performance and shows how I compare with the others in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
While no product is perfect, I honestly can not think of anything that I actually dislike about NICE. Except that I do not have it for my own use at home. I suppose one improvement could be to eliminate the on going need to sign into NICE throughout the day because it logs you out periodically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping myself and others I work with to have a clear understanding of what metrics our performance is being measured upon. It allows us to look at our performance on a daily basis. Nice makes it easy to see what areas we are doing well in and which ones need improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the Soft Phone, the fact that it feels a lot more user friendly and not out of date, I would honestly recommend this to other businesses that use soft phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt anything that I dislike about this, as I mentioned before, the soft phone is a lot more user friendly and I would highly recommend other places that do business with phones look into using this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to solve peoples everyday concerns and issues and a huge part of it is due to this system being so user friendly and smooth as far as operating goes. 10/10
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice would be to try it out and witness it being better than other programs.

I like how fast and efficient the program is with no lags for incoming calls.

I don't like that sometimes the connection is bad.

I have realized if I am having any issues its best to restart the program.
