What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and the layout is useful.The reporting system could use a little updating, but it's pretty good for the version we're using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes up so much bandwidth and/or memory for remote workers. Connection issues are a constant regardless of how powerful the internet connection and speed of the machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on a large, complex project that was organized rather hastily; NICE CXone was an easy transition, reliable, cost effective, and was the perfect tool that we needed at the perfect time.

One the best source for Dialer and Managing Team

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like is the Dialer and the Prebuilt Reports. I'm using InContact and IEX. It's very comprehensive and user-friendly as compared to other softwares available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call Recorded should have longer validity to listen and download in Contact History. The call recorded should have been evaluated automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live Monitoring on Teams activity on InContact. I am fetching different reports related to calls and action on InContact. It has helped me to improve teams performance.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about this software is that it is effortless to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything about thie software that I would say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to work from home as an independent contractor and use this software for autodialer with the company I work with.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation between the multiple dealerships I work with. The features are pretty self-explanatory. I would recommend this platform to anyone who works with dealerships daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly dislike how it often crashes when I take a break. I come back and the agent has crashed. This is a little aggravating when I have a certain time to clock in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the difficulty of navigating between platforms of dealerships is a big help with NICE CXone. The benefits probably keep the company from spending more money on multiple platforms.

Nice CXone's The One

What do you like best about the product?
The helpful easy to access interface to contact individuals
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection to other telephone lines will sometimes not connect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With NICE CXone, there is no need to have a landline phone since their interface has a digital phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to use my phone number to take calls. The program uses a handy feature with two tones before a call is connected, so that you have a moment to prepare.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot put conference calls on hold. I have to connect callers to interpreters very often, and end up receiving a large amount of dead air in my calls due to that inability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely, so VCC is the program we use for taking calls. We don't ever get complaints about our operating system and, your interface is smooth and easy to use.

CXOne is quite useful

What do you like best about the product?
With CXOne I appreciate how easy it is to use it and the integration with other services, the choice of ringtones is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
CXOne works fine and there wasn't anything in particular that I would dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using CXOne daily at work, now I am using InContact MAX Client. The only disadvantage CXOne had was that it was one of two programs which need to be ran, currently when using only Max it is clear and easy to have just one program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Feel free to use it as it is a working software when set up correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
I most enjoy the user friendly mold and time tracking abilities. The ease of logging in and compartmentalizing clls and emails is very easy to learn and use. It has been much easier to use than prior products I've used
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is no alert noise or audio notification for emails or calls coming in other than simply saying the name. It would also be useful to give the user time to answer rather than immediately answering the call after it is announced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I am using it through a company, It helps me to compartmentalize calls and definitely increases productivity overall. I am overall more on top of calls and emails, and better with time management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A quick tutorial is really all that is needed for efficient use. It is easy to learn and even easier to use.
