CC features/functions are fragmented, need strong integration and are delivered via a common platform/user interface.

Not able to use Computer to make calls, we continue to use Desk Phone to make calls.

New Regulations are easy to manage. SIQ very helpful with identifying possible issues.

Feature-packed for varied use cases. Keeps up with regulatory changes.

Scalable Reliable and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Right now its almost fully automated and very little human interaction to build and launch jobs daily. We are always on the latest version, with constant improvements and advancments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. In the last 4 years I can only think of 2 times where there was more than 10 - 15 minutes of down time. Help is always just an email away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for efficiency and effectivness, LiveVox allows us to meet our members where they are and in the channel they prefer to be communicated in. Its a great tool and a true Omni Channel solution.

LiveVox contains a comprehensive suite of tools for call centers and top notch customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
Responsiveness to issues and great communication from customer service. The system provides us with all the tools we need to run successful campaigns and restrict calling to meet complex regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to searching within the system. Providing logs is not easy for the end-user to do on their own and requires them to follow very technical instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LiveVox provides a hosted solution with a team that monitors and supports the system. They are quick to respond to issues and rarely have problems which allows our IT staff to focus on other tasks.
Great tool for making a lot of phone calls using little manpower.

Interface and screens should be more customizable so I can see only what I want/need to see.
