What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Pipes.ai for our moving company lead generation and it's been a fantastic experience. The system works exactly as we need — it's reliable, efficient, and has helped us connect with leads much faster and more effectively.
The customer support team is also excellent — always responsive, professional, and ready to help with anything we need.
Pipes.ai has definitely become a key part of our sales process, and we highly recommend it to any business looking to improve their lead engagement.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the UI, which feels a bit dull. We would also love to see a more advanced dashboard with better insights and statistics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipes.ai is helping us solve the problem of slow and inconsistent lead follow-up. Before using it, reaching out to new leads quickly was a major challenge, and we were losing potential customers.
Now, with Pipes.ai automating and managing the outreach process, we are able to engage with leads instantly, which has significantly improved our contact rate and conversion rate.
It also saves our team a lot of manual work, allowing us to focus more on closing deals rather than chasing leads.

Is not the very useful tool out there, and doesn't solve my main issues. It's more of trying to act as a sales person, meanwhile i already have the sales skills.

Pipes has opened up a new revenue stream for us. The team is incredibly supportive, and the software is extremely user-friendly. Integration was quick, and it's now an essential part of our daily operations.

We are pleased to report that we have experienced little to no issues with Pipes. Anything that we had trouble with the team was quick to send support.

Pipes has been solving various problems for us, from collecting accounts receivable to offering special promotions to our customers. The most significant impact has been the improvement in our collection on accounts receivable, which increased from 18% to 60%.

We have been a long time user of Pipes, going on 5 years. Communication with the team is great and reliable. It's user friendly and quick to pull data. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the lead gen or marketing space. It makes integration easy with various campaigns and setting it up was pretty simple. We use this everyday and rely heavily on it.

We haven't really encountered anything we don't like about it. Their staff is very helpful when we have questions.

Their customer support service is fantastic and readily available via phone calls, emails or slack conversations. By employing automation we save a lot of time that would have been spent manually delivering messages to our clients.

The cost per lead for processing leads in Pipes can negatively impact the profit margins.

Product is great. More types of reporting in the future would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Keep in mind I own a call center. Pipes has allowed me to drop my headcount so far by about 45% and INCREASE my production. The best part about the software if how easy it is to use and more importantly how fast these guys get back to you if you have any type of question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't dislike anything about it yet. Will keep looking for something though.

My biggest issue in the past 12 years has been the human factor. Call Agents miss work, get burnt out reaching customers, or just don't feel like working some times. Pipes eliminates that headache. Pipes just does its thing and never complains.
