What do you like best about the product?
The main area that I would like to recommend would be the discovery and implementation. The system was well designed around our needs and requirements and the help received from the team to get the system fully live was outstanding. From a pm perspective, the timeline was never at risk and the resource provided to us was really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been more beneficial for contact to be more fluent via calls rather than everything via Mavenlink. Not the biggest fan on Mavenlink as it is not user friendly to those who do not have PM knowledge, however the project managers were happy to support us if there was anything we didnt understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monitoring of devices via Logic Monitor has really helped business wide identify issues and resolve very quickly. For example, there was an incident a few months ago which took us weeks to identify and resolve which cost us resource, time and money. This was identified and resolved within 2 hours with Logic Monitor.

- Lack of out-of-the-box integrations (Okta, Google Workspace)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling my company to archive new goals and save money due to our new capability of analysis of our devices. We're able to identify that we're paying too much for a few devices. Now we can predict issues and make better purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
LogicMonitor is a highly customizable monitoring system that allows us to tune alerts and reduce mean time to resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is relatively complex to set up and it would be nice if it supported multiple DNS resolution domains for hostname discovery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LogicMonitor is helping us get all of our monitoring for internal and remote systems under one roof and provide dashboards to stakeholders to help improve information flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup
Robust API
A lot of graphs
A ton of data
Easy integrations for the CMDB
What do you dislike about the product?
There API authorization is somewhat obtuse, though secure. Getting over the authorization is thus far the most difficult thing about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LogicMonitor comes with config saves and netflow out-of-the-box. This allowed us to move our customers of the legacy system and decommission the system completely.

What do you like best about the product?
it is a SaaS. you dont need to worry about the infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot debug easily. The debug function doesnt give you a good feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring multiple customer environments with only one account.
