A good unified platform for eliminating complexity and getting real time automation insights
What do you like best about the product?
The initial implementation of LogicMonitor was very quick and very smooth and that is something that I liked very much about it. Also, the website monitoring is very efficient and we get great graphs and reports that provide us with much-needed insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some visible short comings in the mobile applications which could be looked into. Apart from that I do not have any major complaints with Logic Monitor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem solved for us with the help of LogicMonitor is the ability to get unified metrics for our enterprise and automation-related activities. Website and infrastructure monitoring is made simple with LogicMonitor and we are able to save a lot of time and get a better Return on Investment.

What do you like best about the product?
I choose LogicMonitor because it provides complete security to third parties, which generates confidence in our system to scale with confidence, the interface is very well visualized, the graphic levels are optimal and very colorful which facilitates the understanding of what you are seeing on screen, the statistics of the analysis are good, in fact, provides an accurate satellite mapping. The infrastructure is fully hybrid and cloud based which makes it very easy to secure and deploy in enterprise IT services, the authentication controls are very complete our users feel very secure thanks to our verification management, I like that they have built the entire program interface on Linux, it is a more understandable and lighter language than Microsoft. The integration with Azure, Cisco, and IBM are excellent, the metrics provided by the product are accurate, and the alert system works great in fact, when there is a failure in any monitoring system the software alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the biggest problem we have had with the software is its cost, no doubt they are high, negative aspects can also be found in the treatment of the support team when selling the product obtaining the Demo version can become complicated, many interviews and little information. The detection of anomalies and forecasts are not completely infallible, in some cases an error can slip in. When contracting the service they offer 2 years of technical support, but in many occasions the requests that we make for the failures take a long time to obtain an answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are specialists in the IT area, we decided LogicMonitor because it allows us to monitor the infrastructure of the websites we develop, as well as complement and integrate with other planning functions for design, maintenance and data migration. The development of applications is another important point in our company, the tool has given us a better deployment in our services offering better security and authenticating all the applications we develop, especially those of banking, insurance and financial services. With LogicMonitor we also provide backup and recovery support, complex data migration and optimize the performance of all our applications in real time.
Best tool in the market to network and usage monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things that I like about LogicMonitor is that it acts as a unified observability montoring tool. Also, when it comes to network and database monitoring, LogicMonitor provides exceptional data capabilities. The reports and dashboards that are generated are very much detailed and purely data oriented which helps us make better overall decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I do not have any major dislike or dissatisfaction about LogicMonitor. Their support is also of top quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of LogicMonitor, we are able to keep a better track of all our website changes. Additionally, the customizations provided by LogicMonitor for the dashboards are very much beneficial for us to dwelve deep into the required data points.

What do you like best about the product?
I found installation and implementation of LogicMonitor software very easy, the most important features to consider is its logical monitoring in the cloud, which is accurate and yields very complete results. The software also works very well for infrastructure monitoring with unmatched protection and security, from the platform you can work with containers and virtual machines, LogicMonitor's feature set is extensive and complements very well the projection of our IT department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like having to contact the support team to know the exact price of the package I wanted to hire, I think they should have the plans displayed directly on the website, and not perform so much protocol for testing the product, of course the price is exorbitantly expensive, but the software really meets all the requirements for which it was created, it would be very useful more integrations, you could give more frequent use and the work would be more consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this program in our company we perform daily monitoring of containers, remotes, databases and websites. Basically with the program we get detailed analysis of all our models and a presentation of detailed reports for field work, with these analyses we can detect anomalies and verify how the infrastructure of our systems works. The alerts are also an important point that the program gives us, as it is always aware of all the tasks assigned to it and to notify them.

What do you like best about the product?

LogicMonitor pricing is expensive compared to it's alternatives like Dynatrace.

What do you like best about the product?
With LogicMonitor,I find it simple to monitor and track performance of our cloud applications and IT infrastructures.I can easily identify cloud applications performance issues or anomalies and resolve them quickly with LogicMonitor.It integrates better with multiple third-party applications.

So far so good, LogicMonitor delivers excellent performance thus I got nothing to highlight as drawback.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and well-defined when performing the relevant monitoring, scrolling through all the network functions was really very easy to perform, the user interface is perfectly understandable, any user who is experienced in this type of program can execute the tasks without novelties. The implementation of the software was in conclusion a simple task to perform from the first moment, the installation and management of the program was assisted at all times and the technical staff did an excellent job for our organization, the customer service deserves 10/10 very attentive at all times and pending of any detail from the initial installation to the end. The use of the software is really simple as I said before we frequent its use 3 times a week, the options to monitor infrastructure, networks, servers, are top-notch I consider already with experience in this type of programs, that LogicMonitor combines the monitoring options in one place, and we have access to all these benefits, the number of functions is unlimited with more than 10 monitoring functions, it adapts to all needs. It integrates very well with Office 365 and Slack, and for the IT area its work in conjunction with ServiceNow is a very complete, and indispensable tool for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really experienced problems with the program throughout these 2 years of use, I consider that the updates are usually late, but it is understandable, the program is extensive, and each update should be monitored, I would like much more customization for the user interface, also the reports could be periodic and have more information than what is provided, Another important detail that I would like to take into account is that the licenses are expensive and not always the same cost vary according to user needs, and do not establish a base price on the website, also the contact for obtaining the trial version is late and leaves much to be desired.

We offer network infrastructure services, we manage large amounts of interconnected networks so having LogicMonitor in our company we can monitor these networks periodically to ensure proper operation, it has also allowed us with comprehensive work to detect anomalies in the data center if a product fails, LogicMonitor will warn us with their diagrams and studies that something is malfunctioning, it has also allowed us to optimize the security we can monitor the infrastructure of the servers optimizing every detail for use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to monitor the performance of our entire IT infrastructures like applications, network, servers etc with LogicMonitor.It has a powerful and custom dashboard that can be easily customized according to our business needs.It is possible to detect and solve IT infrastructures performance issues with this tool.

LogicMonitor Licensing is more costly compared to it's alternatives although it's worth our money.

It's simple to troubleshoot IT infrastructures performance issues by carrying out root-cause analysis.It reduces Mean Time To Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time To Resolve(MTTR).

What do you like best about the product?
The tools for monitoring web devices offered by LogicMonitor software are the best options I've tried for this type of situation, the graphical interface, dashboards and software distributions are well done which makes it very easy to navigate the program, the native configuration is very easy to understand and can be performed from a device with regular requirements, monitoring options in the cloud are outstanding I think it is the most complete verification option I've tried, management and monitoring of networks for companies that we manage is very useful and robust. It integrates with many programs, it is very versatile, and the options are multiple, including you can work with containers and virtual machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problems with support to get a base price, since the software varies a lot in its conditions for costs, I would like a fair and accessible price, you need a computer with good resources since the software when it is doing the monitoring work consumes large amounts of resources, it is smart, and I recommend to use of virtual machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to control the flow of websites and monitoring, it provides very interesting utilities for the virtual machines that we control within our servers, it also allows us a wide margin of control over monitoring in the cloud very useful in these instances, we also generate data and reports for network monitoring analysis where we study its operation and performance to keep our customers always informed about how we manage our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like monitoring templates of LogicMonitor are very well-made complements for the automated collection of all the data that we manage and predetermined alerts. Facility to customize specific alert thresholds, something that certainly allows us the software is to work with large environments as it offers dynamic thresholds, this should be analyzed because it is the most attractive point of the software and the most interesting. The graphs and parameters for the historical performance of the data that the software analyzes are well-designed, and I love them, they are very well understood, and any user can understand what the program offers, we can analyze if a container is using too much memory, and set alerts for each container, if there are failures or anomalies this can be detected, and the solution is always there, I also want to highlight the use of technical support, the experts behind the creation of LogicMonitor are excellent and are always aware of what is happening with their users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have few complaints about the benefits of the software, my criticisms go more to the interface as I would like more customization, the dashboards could have better layouts, the reports could be more detailed their presentation is weak, the program really does all its monitoring correctly I have had few issues, but I would like a price adjustment the software is very expensive. The cloud monitors can be improved they do an excellent job, but could be more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization LogicMonitor software is used for network monitoring tasks, it is also an infallible tool to analyze and monitor databases of services that we offer regularly, currently we also monitor containers, virtual machines and of course cloud infrastructure. It is also an excellent tool for data collection for analysis, in fact, we have built a lot of modules based on LogicMonitor, there is no more complete tool than this software for analysis, its metrics are excellent.
