Best CMMS out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized the whole website is and how clean it looks. It's also really easy to navigate and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish maintainX had an offline mode where you can upload photos and then they'll automatically upload when you get wifi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping us keep all of out data that we capture organized and makes it easier to run reports for customers.

Easy to navigate, easy to customize to location

Nothing yet, very satisfied the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is very user-friendly, I like the ease of navigation and the ability to customize to my location. I am much more productive. Im sure performance has increased.

Easy to use interface, beneficial reporting and ease of use for reporting, multiple assignees to work orders, exporting work orders for vendors and other partners.

Some quirks that have to be told to you in order to work around them

Work order flows and easy reporting to quicken administrative time

What do you like best about the product?
I can send my Excel Documents and digitize them into a professional work order.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it did not cost per user. I am a small business ower and I have to watch my expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep better track of service reports/work orders.
From nothing, to something, to everything
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of how this is setup out of the box afforded us the luxury to hit the ground running to build the system quickly yet allows for a lot of customization to handle the nuances of facilities' foundry maintenance items.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is the lack of "Quote Request" today; there is only a purchase order feature. While that is nice, it does not make other users aware that a quote request has been submitted, which can cause confusion and/or double work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before having MaintainX, there was no system in place that was a one does all approach, and this allowed us to take the fragmented systems and build a holistic one..
Great Software for Asset Management!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, very responsive not to mention great support from the Maintain X Team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike Hybird it does not provide a 3D interface of our site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my own use case it is specifically asset management and work orders managing our OT Enviroment Assets. This used to be handled in Excell prior and now there is a standard platform that compiles all of it in a single service.
Makes Work Easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It is beneficial to see what is happens with every ticket created at each location and live chat on who is involved. That way, everyone is on the same page with no confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I can complain about with this system as of right now..........................................................................................
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps you and your team know exactly where you are on a work orders with down equipment and facility issues and or problems. I a ticket is still open and what has or has not been completed to fix the issues.
A very intuitive software that works on the floor.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive software, easy to use for managing maintenance workloads. Support is very responsive. A dedicated account manager greatly helps in building out for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large or long procedures on Android mobile apps are very unresponsive and lag. It would be nice if the search could be filtered to include keywords in descriptions (for assets, parts, work orders, etc.) rather than just titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging what happens in the factory. Planning preventive maintenance. Improved communication within the maintenance department and upper management. Accountability!

What do you like best about the product?
All work orders go straight to the employee's phone and then to mine when they are done with the work order.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to get a notification insted of a email when parts inventory is low.

Preventative maintenance through procedures on a work order are now getting done correctly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX provides very simple procedures to create and record a detailed parts inventory as well as recurring work orders to easily be distributed among mechanics. This system has helped us keep a better track of open PO's and the aparts we should be receiving and using.
