    What do you like best about the product?
    The UI is easy to use, and the data is presented clearly and concisely. The reporting tools are powerful, and the AI assistance is a real game changer. Sam, who oversaw our integration, was excellent—very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. No request for assistance was too much for him. Overall, the MaintainX platform runs well on both desktop and the mobile app.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The reporting tools are very powerful, but they’re going to take me some time to learn and get comfortable using.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MaintainX has been giving us deeper reporting and stronger asset management capabilities compared with our previous CMMS system.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The visibility it provides. It allows us to see work happening across all properties in one place, which helps with accountability, reporting, and identifying trends before they become larger issues. The data gives us a much clearer picture of how our assets, and employees are performing.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There are a few limitations around reporting customization and workflows that I'd like to see improved. Sometimes getting exactly the report or dashboard view you want requires extra work or manual analysis.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MaintainX has helped solve a lot of the visibility and consistency issues we were dealing with. Everyone is now working from the same system for work orders, PMs, and inspections, which makes it much easier to see what's happening across all properties. For me, it's given me a clearer picture of where things stand, helped catch issues sooner, and made it easier to track progress and make decisions based on actual information rather than chasing updates or piecing things together from different sources.

    This mobile app is amazing for using on the go, with everything you need right at your fingertips.

    Honestly, I have zero dislikes about the system.

    MaintainX was built out specifically for our needs based off an old system we had. There were some kinks along the way, but they have always been very timing efficient in fixing any issues.

    I like that MaintainX has given us better control over our preventive maintenance program. It's also provided better insight into the equipment through its internal reporting.

    The onboarding with MaintainX was a little rocky. The initial setup was difficult.
