    What do you like best about the product?
    One of the things that I appreciate about the app is how easy it is to use and how use friendly the UI is.

    The overall experience from starting a work order to completing is very efficient. You can modify this application to work easier for your own business.

    The onboarding process was easy, quick, and very informative.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I do not have many complaints about the application other than the ability to customize the appearance/final PDF of work orders.

    We would like to make them look more like what we have right now.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Delegating and keeping track of work.
    This helps us keep things more organized.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that MaintainX is easy to use and navigate. The initial setup was super easy, as it provides a course to walk you through it all.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It's quite expensive per seat of users, and it would be nice to have a view-only option to reduce costs. Adding APIs to tie into third-party solutions would be super useful.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MaintainX helps me track assets and maintenance records efficiently, building forms that auto flag and require additional fields during repairs or maintenance checks.

    It's very user friendly and I like that the dashboard is customizible.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish you could remove items that you don't need in templates & forms
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We were unable to track which assets were down and for how long. Now MaintainX allows us to pull metrics showing exactly that.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The functionality - from utilizing the chat feature to the interface, work order creation and managing parts inventories.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The implementation was very good and nearly seamless, however what it exposed was how poor a condition our existing system and data were. I really wish that I was aware of this system sooner.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    For me MaintainX is providing a better insight into long term health and cost of maintaining our production equipment. This will allow us to make quicker, clearer decisions regarding equipment replacement and rebuilds.
