Help keep customer's equipment up to date. BEST SOFTWARE FOR ITS VALUE!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me keep customer equipment and assets organized and up-to-date, keep comments/notes for every job order, and software is user-friendly. Also customizable preferences on job orders and assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING. I have yet to find anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Equipment maintenance and monitorting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. You can jump right in without much downtime. The mobile app is well put together and thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that customizing is, quite frankly, non-existence. I wish they would add more customization features. Like on the job board, why can't you move and change titles as you please? It wouldn't be that hard to add. I would buy the premium if that were a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Maintainx to keep up with work tickets. The management staff uses it to send work areas out to the field staff. The field staff then uses the ticket to complete the task assigned.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of all the different functions and the ability to edit almost everything to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have had issues with is getting QR codes to print correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our vast maintenance parts inventory in order and keeping all employees in close communication with each other.

The development team is very responsive. They take feedback and constructive criticism very well and are eager to work with their clients.
The interface is simplistic and straightforward. Non-tech-savvy users don't struggle with navigation throughout the program.

What do you dislike about the product?
The software is not friendly to low to mid grade tablets. High end devices such as iPhones have no issues. The program lags a lot when procedures are large.
Each step will save automatically and the program hangs until it finishes saving. The process of saving could be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is providing more accountability and structure to our daily workflow. It allows us to analyze problem areas within the facility that need further examination.
Asset management software we utilise for work order management
What do you like best about the product?
We chose MaintainX because of its flexibility to meet our needs. Although it is a fantastic asset management tool, we use it somewhat differently to manage work orders and exceptions to our SOPs. The customisable procedures are also amazing, allowing us to create the perfect step-by-step guides for our staff and contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's no fault of MaintainX but because we use it differently, the time on site reports aren't as intuitive as we'd like. We can still grab the data so it's not a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it is the ease and simplicity of managing our workflows and responsibilities. Keeping track of the 300 or so separate monthly tasks. Ability to send maintenance orders to Vendors quickly and easily. Excellent customisation of Procedures to suit our work environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about MaintainX is that it's easier to know what people need and saves time. This way, people can make request, and we get notified that something needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sorry, but I do not have an answer for this because I do not see anything wrong with the app or the desk top version. It has definitely made our maintenance team more productive

It improves our company because communicating with other team members is more accessible. It also helps keep track of our hours and what we have worked on all week

The ability to track work needed to be finished and view it quickly.

It isn't easy to record and track downtime without having many unnecessary users.

We have a better handle on necessary work and projects. It makes it easier to distribute work to the required people without stopping what I am doing.
Maintainx is so match better and easer to use then other cmms, I love it

It tracks everything in one place and keeps you on track and schedule. I can right P.O. in no time, and my team can find it in seconds, also the team at maintainx suport you and is always there for you when you need help

I really can not think of anything that is a down side

Maintain is helping me stay under budget by buying produce and keeping work order together. The asset tool help with P.M and make every peace of equipment run so much smother
Great program! Timesaver definitely.

The ability for all to see and track projects together, without multiple emails to get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The users (store managers) have to input all the work orders, yet do not get email updates as they are limited to the "user" experience. It can be resolved by asking them to keep the program open and checking the boldface type, but an email like the admins get would be GREAT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all items inside the platform so that all users can view and comment on items left to complete projects. Cuts down on back and forth emails and all items, estimates, parts, purchases and pictures can be stored in one location.

Ease of use, streamlined computer and mobile application, informative training/Q&A conference calls at the start and excellent tech support.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I think all the tools/filters/etc incorporated into MaintainX are more than sufficient for all our needs.
If I had to say that there was something I disliked... perhaps not being able to apply themes or move things like widgets, info box, etc... But these things are merely aesthetics.
