Great way to communicate!
What do you like best about the product?
Maintain x is a great way to communicate work orders for any facility! Use it for our clubhouse maintenance. Great way to get things done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being the user and not being able to see dates that requests were sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping by getting more structure in my facility.

What do you like best about the product?
This scheduling of PM's and the historical data of reactive work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering does not seem to yield all the Work orders that were completed. The filtered results dont show the same as the Calendar View. The Calender View seems to show more results.
Also there are some glitches when using the mobile app. All my guys are using the mobile app. to create and close work orders.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
because it is paperless, I dont have stacks of paper documents to fumble through. Although I still require my team to fill out a daily timesheet.
Great Mobile Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile usability is great. Pictures on the go helps identify jobs. QR codes help facilitate and serches and minimizes entry times. Not as busy like other systems and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When goin through Work Orders and you complet or modify one. You don't continue where you left off. It takes you back to the top. Anisiating a serch all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick response times. It helped solve Problem identification issues we've been having in the past. It made it easier to identify the problem and location of problem.

The most helpful thing about maintainX is the simplicity and the usefulness of the application, it also have a very nice UI so everyone could understand it easily

I really dont have anything to dislike about maintainX, but maybe maintainX could be associated with other app like when i open some apps it automatically refers to MaintainX to execute some inspection or etc.

The problem MaintainX solves is actually on the complexity of some works, so maintainX make standards for some works and make it easily worked by a team or even other team

After over a year of using MaintainX, it continues to exceed expectations. The platform is intuitive and has made a significant impact on how we manage our field operations. I can easily assign daily work orders and schedule out tasks in advance, which keeps our team aligned and organized. The communication features have been especially helpful in maintaining transparency across our sites. The level of customer support we’ve received has also been outstanding—responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. In my original review, I noted a limitation around repeating work orders on specific weekdays of the month—for example, the first Friday of each month. Even that has seen progress, and the platform continues to evolve in the right direction. MaintainX listens to user feedback and consistently rolls out meaningful updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has streamlined our maintenance scheduling and work order processes. As administrators, we can assign tasks to our Field Operators for the week and require specific steps to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Flawless execution of a painless Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The software is top notch - user friendly, app based and very intuitive. Everything you could ask for in a cloud based CMMS system!

At this point, I have no noteable dislikes regarding the MaintainX software and the implementation process.

MaintainX is helping our facility move from a reactive maintenance culture to one driven by preventative and predictive measures. An effective CMMS system ties directly to business efficiency, which in a competitive market is a critical aspect of business operations.

It allows you to source work orders and track and report on everything meaningful to any business. This system makes everything more efficient. It is simple and easy to use for anyone.

I have not found much that I dislike so far. They have been able to solve all of the questions and issues that I had from the start. The implementation process has been beneficial for everyone involved.

Creating and tracking work orders in a modern way is bringing us into current times. We can also be more productive with our time and money for the club.
