What do you like best about the product?
It has made everything we do at a Carwash easier. Processing claims doing work orders it has made it the point where communication amongst everyone is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's a great app honestly this is the only app we don't ever have issues with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work orders on a daily weekly and monthly basis start up assessment training.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is incredibly intuitive and has been embraced by our department. One of the most useful features is the ability to use a smartphone and a computer with equal ease to build the system and use it. We are a month into the process and I can't believe how far we've come. Customer service is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've run into so far is that I'll occasionally lose part information I've put in if I forget to hit the "Create" button. Really, I just need to learn to "Create" a part first even if it's not fully filled out. I tend to look at other part details as I'm entering information and occasionally I'll lose a couple minutes of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire department was highly disorganized. The last two systems we've had were just difficult to use, so we never did more than the bare minimum with the system, and only a couple of people even knew how to use it. Now everybody is involved with the system with very little prompting. We aren't there yet - we're trying to overcome the transition from smaller to large company, but we're getting better every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Communtication aspect. Knowing that each member of each team has recieved relevant information on projects is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to see a confirmation in app when a ticket or order has been viewed, and by which person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintenance Tickets and Orders and Invoicing.

organization and conectivity through out the whole company

only that my requesters can not fill out checks on there equipment.

we now have continuity through out all areas and accountabilty for all work that is being done. (or not done)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feauture to add comments and updates on a ticket once it is placed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to receive notifications via email or banners on my phone when a new comment or message comes across to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a car wash and whenever we ahve equipment break or non functional we can place a ticket to track repairs and it helps very much.

I like the simplicity of the app. All data entered is in concise format and easy to read/ understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality is not available across all platforms. would like to see more tabs (purchase orders) within mobile app.

They are bettering our inventory management. From receiving product to counting and storage

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is simply fantastic! Its user-friendly interface makes managing maintenance tasks a breeze. From work order management to real-time communication, everything is smooth and efficient. It's a game-changer for our organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
While MaintainX has many great features, I find that the reporting and analytics options could be more robust. I'd love to see more in-depth insights and customization options for data analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX effectively addresses issues related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Facility Management, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). It streamlines processes, improves communication, and optimizes asset maintenance, resulting in enhanced efficiency and cost savings for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use MaintanX for our companies building asset management for inspections and other work orders. It is extremely helpful and streamlined. There are no other competitors that compare to it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of MaintainX is that there are so many options and functions that it can be overwhelming. However, the support team does a great job helping and teaching their customers how to accomplish everything that is needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily building inspection work orders and corrective action to failed/flagged items is what they solve the most. MaintainX streamlines that process for us .

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access of reporting issues to others in your company. The capability of the app is great when reporting an issues at a site in a specific area of the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to communicate between other members of your company for issues among the locations you have. As well as the fact of how user freindly it is. I can not see anything that I think needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Equipment breaking within our business and or parts needing to be replaced as well as a weekly supply inventory list that we submit each week. It helps a ton to organize our supply lists for three stores.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has helped me in my role as maintenance planner in ways I never new were possible, it is an incredible tool for creating, monitoring and reviewing assigned maintenence tasks. Raising work orders is such a simple procedure and then the detail which can be achieved while monitioring the work orders is amazing, you can see and track what is happening in real time with jut a mouse click. Awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far MaintainX has delivered on all levels, I can't really think of an area where it does not excel. If I had to choose something then perhaps the search tool when looking for an asset, that could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me track and control planned maintenance around our paper mill which subsequently has led to improved maintenance quality and machine up time.
