Very quick and easy setup

What do you like best about the product?
Adding assets and linking parts and inventory to them is extremely easy. Having the ability to place/track orders and assets through the App is essential and they do that well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Entering a procedure isn't necessarily intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps keep track of assets and their associated parts, making it easy to order direct replacements quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the metrics it comes with. There's so many different aspects that can be tracked in this software, it's amazing! We came from a website link, that sent an automatic email of the work order. That was it. They would have to go back in, email out it was completed. Then go into an excel spreadsheet and update total number of work orders. We can measure so much more now with just a few clicks!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is how to log in, especially in a facility where technology isn't at the forefront of our staffs skillset. When I set it up on the warehouse computer in my other building, it would ask for a code from their email/phone. I'm not sure if this can be changed in their settings, but it would be easier for them to enter a password. Most of the JUST got a work email, so they don't even know how to check it. Some don't have their phones or they just didn't want to give their cell number.
I wish they could just have an email and password and didn't need an extra step to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The metrics behind our maintence program. As mentioned before, we only recorded one metric. Now we have more!

What do you like best about the product?
I like MaintainX for its ease of use, customization options, real-time communication and integration capabilities. Being able to create work orders help with task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about MaintainX is the need to download or export a work order to print it. Additionally, I wish there was a way to mass print work orders without opening each one individually. Moreover, I believe integrating a GPS feature within the app would be helpful, especially for aiding our vendors in finding areas with no specific address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, MaintainX's helps me streamline the maintenance process. In my role, I complete amenity inspections for my company. It is helpful to be able to use my phone to take a picture and create a work order on the spot.

Easy to set up, manage and use

What do you like best about the product?
The overall set up and integration was extremely easy, a few days sat down with my current schedule and I was able to transfer it all over and create a much better system. As well, the customer service is always very friendly and quick. Also, whilst using it there seems to be constant upgrades to the system based off of user feedback which is nice to see. We use this everyday from service reports to PPM and stock checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current way we pay is online through a credit card, a way to receive a quote online and pay it through a PO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TPM & PPM monitoring as well as giving visuals for our meter checks. The main benefit is the now removal of constant paperwork we had to do per asset.

Simplicity, our entire team uses it AND loves it

Sometimes we have to use workarounds for industry terminology or specific uses/processes

Efficiency and communication around work order assignment and completion. The asset manager streamlines our inventory and asset maintenance process as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the system and the user friendly mobile platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had an option to make the repeatable PM's have a the schedule go off of days and not a date. i.e if we completed an inspection on a fire extinguisher late i want it to repeat every 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking maintenance items, user friendly interface for maintainers. Streamline information to the workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is straightforward and user friendly. It can adjusted to suit your needs and facilty layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't had to many complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still gathering data and entering assets. We haven't had an issue that has required us to engage customer support

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simplicity, Price, The Custopmer support is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complex on the set up portion, though I could not come up with a simpler way to do what they do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personel time tracking, Work order completion time and organization, asset preventative maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
Our maintenace guys were imputting and completing work orders on the same day as training. We now have visablity into how long we are spending on each piece of equipment and how much the cost is to repair. Customer support has been great during setup. The API are a great way to integrate the software into current systems
What do you dislike about the product?
The inventory system does not handly multiple sites very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not using a system before, so we had not insight into costs associated with each machine nor the downtime of each machine. We now can make informed decisions on repairing or replacing a machine.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface on both the app and the webpage is simple to use.

The implementation team is a great tool to use and very helpful. I sent all my PPM documents through and these were uploaded for me, reducing significant time of inputitng information
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the features can take a little while to grasp how is best to use them. The implementiation team, sales & account managers are very helpful in describing how to best use or answer questions.

There are only 2 tiers of location. The reasoning was explained why, but i thought it would be more helpful with a 3rd location tier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reducing significant admin time for my team by reducing paperwork. also much easier for trakcing jobs and for audit trails too
