Easy to use and so many possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
It is very adaptable. We own a service business and use it to track work on each job. It has really helped us get organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could search the entire site. Example: Bill Phillips owns Custom Logs. He calls for repairs on his log truck. New admin starts a new job for Bill Phillips not knowing he owns Custom Logs. It would be nice if we could search Bill Phillips and find him. But admin should be asking too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps tracks of our open, closed and in progress jobs. It also tracks all of the assests our customers have. And so much more
MaintainX has been very helpful with staying organized with our maintenance logs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly MaintainX is. It's very easy to upload things into your account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downfalls yet for using MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has made it a lot easier for us to keep track of our assets and also the maintenance for them.
MaintainX has been a great addition for asset tracking and downtime .

Being able to pull reports and show what equipment needs more attention.

I really don't have anything bad to say about it. Im still learning all features and how it ties in with our application.

Having a one stop shop for work order requests.
User friendly. Straightforward CMMS software.

The user-friendly software is so direct even those who arent as tech savvy can understand the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requestors are free but lack more comprehensive CMMS data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset inventory, parts inventory, pm compliance, and audit compliance.
This software has made our shop much more efficient and easy to use.

The ease of use for everyone, it is very user friendly.

There have been no issues or notable downsides.

The availability of having the app in my phone and also my pc. The opportunity to have for free contact with the people in charge of the assets that I work. Inventory it's amazing. In general and also the price it's very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will that I can scan the QR codes with my camera and get me direct to the app and make a work order. Because right now I need to open the app and then scan the QR code so I can make a work order with the machine down.

Exactly what we needed
What do you like best about the product?
We had no program at all over various locations, relying on texts and handwritten work orders and notes. Game changer to consolidate everything, actually load PMs and schedule them, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice for requester users to be able to access full work orders to view them, even made by others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping projects in focus. Communicating easily to team members. Uploading pictures of issues. Tracking assets.
Excellent software at a great price
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up has been easy for me to do on the fly, which was a must. The functionality is excellent, inputting data is a smooth process, and making changes is also not hard to do. I also apprecited that the sales person I met with to start, guided me to the right level of the software without trying to sell me more than I needed.
I like having QR codes throughout the facility that anyone can use without having to be on MaintainX, and that the person submitting the work order can be kept up to date via email.
Customer support is great and the free webinars and trainings are also well done.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability for more nesting of locations which I have heard is coming.
When emailing work orders to vendors, it would be very helpful to be able to select who in an organization would receive it rather than having it go to all listed contacts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am buildign data sets that will allow me to show needs for equipment maintenaance and, when needed replacement.
I am now tracking more and more costs so that I can more effectively manage my budget and plan ahead.
Tracking use of some resources/assets is now possible.
Some of the facilities work is done by volunteers whose primary duties are in other areas. I can show the added value that they provide when they assist me.

Excellent program very helpful with inventory, control and preventive maintenance.

No inventory at the plant for the maintenance department and help a lot with Work orders
showing 871 - 880
