Establishing a CMMS program should be this easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Like any CMMS system, it takes a considerable amount of data entry to start building a system. It is literally the snapshot in time of your organization. It is an immense amount of info. The staff at MaintainX made the process easy. Fill out a spreadsheet with as much information as you can and send it over. They do all the heavy lifting entering multiples of assets. Once you create a basic framework you can establish procedures for all the periodic maintenance and assign it. Build your teams with your people and hand the work orders virtually to them. Allow the system to track intervals, costs, and time. The creating of work orders on the fly is simple. I do recomment getting some tablets for the maintenance staff to utilize. They are the front line of the facilities staff. Allow them to record issues as they are seen. If necessary the admin of the account can clean them up and assign them as needed. The software sends notifications to the phones if the apps are installed. The support from the implementation team is fantastic. It made a daunting task into one that was simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not found anything we dislike. Make sure to allow your team enough time to watch the videos and also to play with the app and create sample work orders and tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate a growing nursery. The sheer amount of parts in this organization is immense. There are 350 acres full of growing area. Everything from roof maintenance, to greenhouse curtain motors to pumps and piping. We have so many items that require periodic, constant maintenance that there is no way to keep a spreadsheet of things and stay caught up. Our goal in initiating this CMMS system is to stay as current as we can on the maintenance while at the same time staying ahead of the special projects, capital improvements, and reactive repairs.
Too Good To Be True
What do you like best about the product?
Two things:
1. Instant customer service. No, really. For quick questions I just use the chat. If the bot can't help (it usually can) a live person is connected instantly. You even get assigned an account manager that will email/zoom with you for anything else you may need.
2. The OpenAI powered procedure generator. Attach your pre-existing checklist/PM procedure, prompt it any way you want (e.g. Add a field with photos titled "Photos of Deficiencies (if any) at the end of the procedure but before the Additional Comments section), and it will do exactly that. You can even tell it to refer to specific columns on your pre-existing spreadsheet and it will know exactly what you're talking about. In short, talk to it as you would a human and it will do exactly that.

What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I can think of. Only features that would be nice to see such as a "Project Timeline" with phases that can be attached to the "Project" work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PMs, inspection checklists, projects, vendors, assets, and POs were previously tracked and created in a dozen different spreadsheets. Everything is now consolidated in one place.
Smooth and Professional
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been intergrated into our company in a very short space of time, the ease of use has helped created people who care about this peice of software. The screens are intuitive and the staff can adpat them to how you wish to see them. This is used every day by multiple people across our organisation, inmany countries. The customer support is super quick and send very helpful videos. With assets, parts, Work order, Parts Invetory and Orders and now resource planning the intergartion of this into our company has been really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really found any yet, been using for 18 months and it very robust so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of multiple large machines over 27 sites across europe, and co-ordinating staff to carry out maintenance work and PPM work has become easy
High level program that really does the job
What do you like best about the product?
Migrating existing data from other platforms is fairly easy to accomplish. The program is intuitive and helpful. Very easy to use. The support is unmatched - we can get help pretty much any time we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any "bugs" or difficulties encountered have been addressed quickly, so there is nothing to dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paper pushing is a thing of the past. Utilizing this software on tablets and phones along with the ease of adding photos and other information makes the job of our maintenance technicians much more efficient and painless.
Awesome software
What do you like best about the product?
The software is excellent. Great support from customer service and the implementation team. I use MaintainX everyday. A lot of the reports you will need are already pre-built so it will save yours hours of time. Highly recommend !

Haven't really found any issues. It works as they describe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling PMs is a breeze. Daily reporting of Wo created and closed helps keep track of what the techs are doing.
Exactly what we need and more.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to customize the features within MaintainX and manage my team and their work orders. My personal favorite feature is the asset tracking. The way that it's done and laid out is easy, and keeping track of any parts/filters, location, and historical maintenance logs of any asset is super easy and thorough. The implementation process was quick and easy, the customer support that we've received from the MaintainX team has been fantastic, and we hit nearly 1000 work orders within the first week of use and now have for more data to operate from than we ever had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's honestly not a lot that I dislike about MaintainX. I only wish that there was some kind of dark mode, but that's personal preference and I'll get over it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full, proper management and tracking of assets, parts, Purchase Orders, and maintenance logs.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used MaintainX at two seperate jobs, and actually recomended it to my current employer as a way to track hours and cost of repairs.I have made some recomendations to them of ideas that would help my individual needs, and they listen to suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything I dislike about the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We maintain several emergency shelters and have two facilities that we track all maintenance spending and time used to do the maintenance. The application works perfect for this.
Smooth, Stream Lined, User Friendly Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great. User friendly and clear. This program allows me to save time and energy by putting features sets at my finger tips that allow for optimization of those resources. I wish all tech companies understood what it means to taylor their products to the user like Maintain does. Im forever a fan of these guys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only feature i would like is to see procedure capabilities to submit procedure multiple times off one workorder for logging inspoections of that exact procedure for lultiple pieces of the same equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feature set allows me to tailor every aspect of inspection and logging for streamed line day to day operations. It truly is a life saver

The software was easy to understand and very flexable, the Implenntation team was awsomw and my account mamafer is supoer awsome!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more options regarding parts that are not going to be kept in my inventory, the one off parts.

Game changer for our business!
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX was an excellent solution for our workflow. We constantly struggled with managing equipment information and parts list for each job, forgetting to bill for work orders that fell through the cracks, and looking up photos from the archive about job details. This platform increased our efficiency and organised our entire service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to add taxes into the pricing section. Currently we price out work orders but need to have a disclaimer that tax is not included.
