What do you like best about the product?
The versatility and options available to create and edit work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The instant repopulation of work orders can sometimes be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding issues and things that need to be fixed, replaced or updated on our machines.

The simplicity of opening work orders is great.

there is no dashboard where I can see things assigned to myself without having to search several filters.

My Savior!

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is incredibly easy to use, with many options to make it the perfect fit for our business. With their fast and helpful customer support adding all of our assets Implementation has been simple and straight-forward. We have been finding new uses for MaintainX on a daily basis!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find a single thing that that we dislike about MaintainX. I would definitely recommend this CMMS to anyone looking to improve their maintenance department's organization!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before MaintainX I was using two differnet CMMS programs to oversee our two treatment plants. It was easy to use maintainX to move forward into a modern management system and has saved me an incredible amount of time!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to use through my phone
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't quite the product I want to see yet. There are efforts inplace currently that I believe will get us there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program keeps track of the workorders in each org. and keeps track of our inventory much neater than previous efforts.

A Great CMMS

What do you like best about the product?
Sales and support staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Transition from my previous CMMS to MaintainX has been practically seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more ability to customize forms and create my own reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater customer service and support than my previous CMMS. Ease of use for tracking labor and material cost. Work Request creation is fast and simple through a handheld device.

Amazing Experience

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is wonderful! Mahdis, our Senior Implementation Analyst, made the learning and implementation process a joy and made the program easy to learn. After the implementation we are finding the system to be intuitive, detailed, and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're happy with the system, at this point there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping us to run our operation at peak efficiency levels in addition to optimizing our preventative maintainance program. It is making it easy to respond quickly to reactive situations and track them so we can review the issues and eliminate future problems.

Great Software for a non-profit team of one

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all persons can create work orders and that I can keep track if an item keeps going down after repair. The abilty to pull reports. The ability to put in reccurcing maintence of items and the new beta for pulling maufactures manuals and having them auto populate.
What do you dislike about the product?
That with the verison I purchased I can't pull the reports to a CSV file for excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the sole maintence person for all of the sites that we maintain as a non-profit and not having people emailing, texting, etc. as they feel that their issues are top priorty. This has helped cut down on that.

User friendly and great customer support!

What do you like best about the product?
Jessica made implementation a breeze! Extremely easy to use and near instant customer support. There are so many features that make managing workflow so simple. I felt like I was drowning with our last CMMS and MaintainX is making my life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside, but the ability to input our work schedule would help with more accurate downtime and MTTR data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A mobile platform in the current era is key and MaintainX is that and more. With MaintainX I'm able to monitor reporting and analyze trends with real time feedback to see if what we're doing is working. Workflow management was a headache before we switched to MaintainX, but now it's so simple and easy.

MaintainX - A Premium CMMS Solution

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has a user interface that is intuitive and easy to learn. They have a knowledge base that is similarly easy to navigate and drives the self-training process for new administrators, end-users and technicians alike. The features of the software ensure that it is a powerful solution, that can scale to meet an organizations growing asset heirarchy.

Implementaion is also a breeze if you opt to be guided by one of their expert resources. They will come up with a solid action plan and guide you through the implementation phase, with regular progress check-ins. The expert will also continously ask if you require any further assistance, have any issues or need any additiona information. It is truly a great, hands on approach to making sure that the customer is satisfied and the system is built out to meet their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only gripe I would have about MaintainX is that they do not have a graphical representation of the asset heirarchy, either in the form of a virtual plant/location layout or diagram.

However, due to the nature of our current project, that was not one of the requirments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our system for managing the assets assigned to this project and scheduling maintenance, was purely manual and paper based.

MaintainX is allowing us to digitize this process and automate/streamline some of the activites.
