Excellent software to manage PMs and Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Its very intuitive to use and performs very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about MaintainX, it is serving us well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a limited facilities team and no one was tracking PMs. Maintain X is housing maintenance procedures, schedules their work and reminds us to perform the work. It also helps in creating the procedures that we use by pulling the steps out of the manual for us.
Easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX was presented in such an easy way that it showed how easy it is to manage. It was really helpful and well presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that are still being presented as upcoming, so it might be better not to showcase them unless the client asks about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This enables the calculation and control of the company’s depreciation and amortization.
Integral Maintenance Solution with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I am impressed by the level of support from MaintainX, especially considering my location in South Africa. They assist with custom requirements beyond their standard offerings. Their sharing options for work orders and calendar view for assigning tasks are notably useful. The commitment and tailored service they provide are commendable. MaintainX covers all my current needs and consistently adds new features. I am hopeful for further innovations, particularly in work order automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of customizable package options in MaintainX. It would be beneficial to have the ability to tailor packages to my specific business needs and pay on a pro-rata basis rather than being confined to the existing package structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MaintainX to coordinate multiple technicians in the field and compile invoices from end-of-month reporting. The system simplifies work order management, inventory control, and offers great support with customizable features.

Great Maintenance Software
What do you like best about the product?
It does have all the tools needed to manage the equipment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. As we continue the usage we might have more feedback.

Fluidity and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the software setup, it's fluidity and user friendliness.

The program will sometimes end at burton lee glitch

Sometimes, I have to complete all the required fields, and it takes time.

Our PM Program Is Becoming Predictive Rather Than Preventative
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has made our preventative maintenance program a much more comprehensive program that not only schedules PM activities, but also collects and aggregates data to provide a window into the future of our equipment that allows us to more accurately predict when failures are more likely to occur and when replacing equipment might make more financial sense than continually repairing.
The web-based software is easy to use and transitioning to MaintainX was extremely easy. Their AI tool is very effective at building a work order template that needs only minor editing to suit our needs.
Their customer support has been very proactive. They look at our PM program occasionally and make suggestions to assist us in making our PM program even better. I use it every day to schedule maintenance and perform tasks.

It costs money. But they are not a charity organization, they are fulfilling a market need.

It is actively helping us reduce maintenance costs and equipement downtime by helping us predict which equipment needs attention.

Practicality and functionality are very good features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't put too fine a point on it, I think it's one of the best on the market.
