What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule planned maintenance and update the system after the maintenance has been completed in order to assist in tracking costs and faults. Planning scopes for future works.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. It is a stable, comprehensive platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still starting to get used to the program so will be able to identify the long term benefits in due course.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX offers a solid, user-friendly platform that streamlines maintenance and inventory workflows—its mobile accessibility, real-time updates, and clear audit trail make task tracking and PO management noticeably more efficient; while minor UI quirks exist, the system’s reliability and design support smoother day-to-day operations when set up correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The older version felt more stable and user-focused; today’s iteration seems to favor feature expansion over refining core functionality. For a tool meant to reduce mistakes, MaintainX 2025 demands extra verification, which defeats its purpose. I hope it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX solves key operational challenges by digitizing work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and inventory tracking—replacing paper-based or scattered digital logs with a centralized, real-time system.

For me, this brings clearer accountability, faster task assignment, and auditable records that streamline coordination between QA, engineering, and procurement. It also reduces follow-up delays by keeping all stakeholders updated automatically, which supports smoother R&D support and technical service workflows—especially when managing equipment like X-ray machines or boilers where traceability matters.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integrated platform using AI to help generate my workorders and procedures for any new items I am adding in to MaintainX. It makes my life so much easier to be able to speed up the process as I build a PM schedule for 100s of assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is very different (but in a good way) it does take some time getting used to using it versus the old software we were using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping me solve transferring every asset and PM that I had in the old CMMS software we were using and allows forgiveness for copy and pasting my items, pictures and serial numbers, part numbers etc. with the assistance of AI to speed up the process and make my life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about MaintainX is how responsive and invested their team is in customer success. Their customer support is outstanding—issues are addressed quickly, and feedback is genuinely listened to rather than acknowledged and ignored. Over the three years I’ve used the platform, I’ve seen features evolve and improve based directly on real-world user input, which is rare in CMMS platforms.

From an implementation and day-to-day operations standpoint, the system is intuitive for technicians while still providing the visibility and structure leadership needs. That balance, combined with a development team that actively partners with customers, has made MaintainX a reliable and continuously improving tool for managing facilities and maintenance operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have anything I dislike about the platform. Any time I have had an issue they were very quick to respond and develop a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has helped solve visibility and scalability challenges across multiple facilities. Early on, one of our biggest gaps was global parts availability—we needed the ability to see and manage parts inventory across multiple sites. This was something the MaintainX team was already developing, and they were able to deliver a functional solution within a few months, which immediately improved planning, inventory control, and decision-making at a broader organizational level.

In my current role, we’ve also worked closely with MaintainX to support a more external, customer-facing operating model. Their team has been highly adaptable, taking feedback and translating it into practical solutions that fit real operational needs. The benefit has been a platform that continues to evolve with our business, rather than forcing us to work around system limitations. That flexibility and partnership have made MaintainX a strong long-term solution for both internal maintenance management and broader operational use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use from assiging tasks, reviewing open tickets and updating the user profiles. SUper easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a great platform for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can easily see what is going on, regardles of the department. It is great for our team as we have multiple buildings and directors. Prioritizing the orders is perfect too, allowing our facilities department to focus on what is most important.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has made asset management much simpler across our plant. Its user-friendly design means that even members of the older generation, with only a basic level of technical skill, can easily follow the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the network or service becomes unstable, offline use could be improved to allow work to continue smoothly. It would be helpful if updates could automatically sync once a connection is restored and data can be transferred again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to estimate the mean time to downtime is valuable, as it allows for some level of prediction before a breakdown happens. Scheduling equipment maintenance while the plant is not in production is also beneficial, as it enables better planning ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly for me as the Administrator as well as for my staff
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to get yearly reports unless I pay for the higher account

What do you like best about the product?
I find MaintainX to be very user friendly. I appreciate that I do not have to talk with anyone to understand how to utilize it's features. It is easy for me to assign projects and to keep up with inventory. It was easy to set up and it was simple for my coworkers to grasp.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything I don't like about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what jobs are being performed and what jobs we've finished.
